Room 118. There are many things in disrepair here. The bottom of the furniture is expanded and deteriorating like it has been sitting in water. There was a dead spider on the bathroom floor when we first entered. The handicap accessible shower has "patches" on the flooring where they have tried to repair, but it's really just a bandaid. It needs to be replaced. The shower head is leaking, not to mention it looks to be from the 80s and cost about $5. The door jamb is missing which makes me not feel safe. I don't want apologies, I feel like the photos are misleading. I would be happy with a refund. The rates were inflated (price gouging) due to us staying here the same week as the final four being in town. A window visible from the outside is stuffed like a hoarder house, and that basically sums up this hotel. I'd feel better sleeping in my car. So much ao, I checked out after 12 hours with no sleep to drive home 2.5 hours to get a decent night's sleep. So disappointing and not at all like the typical brand. Do better. I checked out 2 nights early. When I called to ask about when I could expect my refund, I was told they couldn't refund me. I dont get it. They were paid, and they know I checked out early. Do the right thing and do better. Someone please contact me and make this right.
Proximity to airport

Room 118 Should Not Be Rented in Its Current Condition
I booked a stay from June 15–18, 2026, at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Omaha Airport, IA and checked into Room 118.
From the moment I arrived, there was a strong marijuana odor throughout portions of the property despite numerous no-smoking signs being posted. The lobby also felt unusually hot and humid.
After checking in, we dropped off our bags and left to meet a friend for dinner. When we returned, we decided to use the pool. While I appreciated that the hotel provided pool toys and float rings for guests, I was surprised to find maintenance and pool-cleaning equipment left out in guest areas where children or other patrons could easily trip over it. I also noticed there was no hot tub despite some online photos giving that impression.
After returning to the room and using the shower, I began noticing numerous maintenance and cleanliness issues. The shower area showed rust, water damage, and what appeared to be multiple poor repair attempts. As I continued looking around the room, I found additional concerns including stained bedding, worn and damaged fixtures, debris left behind furniture, and a carpet panel covering what appeared to be a sump pump or utility access opening. The area beneath the panel was dusty, dirty, and contained cobwebs.
I also found what appeared to be either a meat stick or cigar behind the television stand, suggesting the room had not been thoroughly cleaned.
The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and I was unable to get any meaningful sleep. Throughout the night I repeatedly heard a door opening and closing from the hallway area, which made resting even more difficult.
Since I couldn't sleep, I started looking around the room more carefully. What I found only increased my concerns. The photos attached to this review document many of the issues I observed. One particularly concerning issue was the door frame where the room door latched. The strike plate area appeared to be missing entirely, leaving a large opening in the frame. Unfortunately, by the time I checked out I was so exhausted that I forgot to photograph it, but it represented a legitimate security concern.
Another thing that caught my attention was an exterior window where items appeared to be stacked inside to the point that it resembled a storage area. Looking back, that should have been a warning sign about the property's overall condition.
The deciding factor was simple: by approximately 4:30 a.m., after getting essentially no sleep, I felt more comfortable driving 2½ hours home exhausted than spending another night in Room 118. That is not a decision I make lightly.
To be fair, the hotel staff handled the situation professionally. When I explained my concerns, they refunded the remaining nights of my reservation without argument. The employees I dealt with were courteous and helpful.
My complaints are not about the staff. They are about the condition, cleanliness, maintenance, and overall upkeep of the property. The fact that Room 118 was being rented in this condition suggests these issues were not recent or isolated.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and would encourage prospective guests to look elsewhere.
THE LEAD SUPERVISOR NIKKI WAS SO WONDERFUL AND SHE NEEDS TO GET A RAISE!! And promotion to corporate
Nothing. I loved everything
Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but was decent to start the day.
The pool was really cold. Did not want to be in there long. Was really the only down side to the stay.
Room size, staff, location, price
Need to change up breakfast and have more gluten friendly options, the room was very aged in the fact the drain in the bathtub was broken, cracks in the sink, carpet felt gross, the hot tub was no longer there and had been filled in, pool was cold
Quiet
Out of the way
it was close to the Epley airport,
The room was old. The dresser had Reminence of dropped food down the front of it. The sink in the bathroom was cracked and old and rusty. It was an older building, which is fine, but not kept up very good at all.
Great staff
Definitely needs to line updated
How easy and quiet it was.
