Everything is clear, thank you. However, you still haven’t refunded the $400 that you charged us immediately on the day we checked into your hotel.

By the way, we have never experienced this before — taking such a large deposit in advance. The receptionist told us that the $400 would be refunded back to our card, but we still haven’t received it.

Pros:

view from the 20th floor was great. The beds were comfortable. Our corner room gave us a bit of extra space. Lobby was spacious and food was excellent - plenty of seating.

dimmers for bathroom and for lights over the bed / nightlight of some sort.
