Fabulous staff, great hotel
Pros:

We had an amazing experience at our stay at The Magnolia this past weekend. Samantha made our check-in easy and breezy and she was extremely helpful anytime we had a request or a question. She was truly a ray of sunshine and clearly took pride in her job and helping others.

We had a fabulous room with a seating area and little eating area and a fireplace. Breakfast each morning was fantastic and the espresso martinis in the evening were the perfect pick me up.

Love that they are a dog friendly hotel. Just wish we have been traveling with our favorite four-legged family member.

We will absolutely stay here again.

For the price we paid, I was not pleased. I would not stay there again.
Pros:

The staff were kind and helpful.
Cookies and milk at night was nice.

Cons:

We booked a king room for our anniversary but they told us the system over sells so they had to downgrade us to a queen. No refund, just a voucher for breakfast. There was no mini fridge. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The shower smelled like mildew.

Ci sono stati dei problemi iniziali con i miei voucher colazione, poi risolti grazie alla disponibilità dello staff.

Best location. Cozy bed. Beautiful room
Pros:

I am really happy with this hotel — it’s one of my favorites so far. I love that it’s centrally located and offers great value for money: not too cheap, but not overly expensive either. The bedroom is beautifully designed, the bed is comfortable, and the daily housekeeping was excellent.

I also really liked the flavored water they had in the lobby. The restaurant downstairs looked fancy but was still affordable. The staff were all very helpful and kind.

I truly enjoyed my stay. On my last day, I even stayed a few extra hours because the room felt so cozy while it was raining in Denver.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of

A GREAT FIND
Pros:

What a great find. First, I want to thank Samantha for a great welcome and going out of her way to help us have a great stay. Also, the servers at the restaurant were great. The hotel is very well appointed. It is a downtown hotel that is well located. I was very happy with the hotel, but I also found this hotel to be a great value.

Perfect historic hotel
Pros:

The Magnolia Hotel - a tribute hotel - is charmingly redone, embracing the building’s history perfectly while still feeling fresh and comfortable.

The front desk and service were wonderful, during our stay in Room 166. Perfect spot for a short stay this past May and we’d happily come back.

Quality, Historic Hotel in Great Location
Pros:

The Magnolia Hotel Denver combines a historic building with excellent and personable service. Matthew from the front desk was able to check me in early, Jazmin hand-wrote a note to thank me for my stay, Victoria graciously took the time to show me the vault (it's in a conference room), and Marcos is a very friendly bartender. Across the board, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I appreciated the 8 pm offering of milk and cookies, although I only got to partake once, and the hotel has complimentary apples available at the gym as well as bottled water at the front desk.

The hotel is well-situated near Denver's bustling 16th Street and is right in the middle of the action -- about 15-20 minutes' walk to the South Platte River, Colorado State Capitol, and Coors Field

Exceptional Customer Service
Pros:

Was a wonder experience. Every staff person is a delight and exceptionally helpful. We had a brief issue with our AC, and within 5 minutes of calling, Victoryia showed up and quickly assessed the issue and had it working within minutes. We will definitely be back.

Exceptional customer service for event and stay!
Pros:

We arranged a week's worth of meetings on the sidelines of a conference and liaised with Wade White.

Working with Wade White and the team at the Magnolia Hotel was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Wade’s professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness made the entire planning process seamless and stress-free. Every aspect of our event was handled with care and precision, and he consistently went above and beyond to ensure every need was accommodated.

Specifically, I wish to highlight engagement right form the time my time reached out, willingness to accomodate varied dietary needs, change room lay out based on meeting needs and just being accomodating. I was very impressed that Wade made this seamless when it could have been quite stressful

In the meeting room we were served by Natalia who was brilliant: couteous, efficient, helpful and a credit to her team.

The Magnolia Hotel itself was equally impressive, with a staff that was welcoming, flexible, and committed to outstanding hospitality. We truly felt valued throughout the entire experience.

I specifically wish to highlight Samantha Nickol who was unfailingly courteous and her demeanour and welcome mad the hotel a haven to return to after a day of meetings. I also want to commend the front desk overall for whom nothing was too much troube, and Eddy for overseeing this.

I stayed in room 742 which I would strongly recommend. It faced the convention centre on one side which made for a pleasant view and I would recommend rooms facing this way so long as it it above 6th floor (lower floors being obscured by neighbouring car parking garage)

Whilst the cooked to order takes a moment longer than a buffer would, quality of food and the staff willingness to customise is worth the wait and food usually arrived pretty quickly. The meals were also good value and excellent quality particularly steak and salmon. A pleasant dining experience is virtually guaranteed when Alison is serving the table with her pleasant smile, unflappable demeanour and couteous friendliness. It was also a pleasure to interact with Riley whose knowledge of popular literature was very impressive in an impromptu conversation.

Gym is adequate with peloton bikes and weights and steppers but no kettle bells

My only suggestion would be to have more clothes hooks in the bathroom

Finally, Brendan at the valet desk also always had a smile and kind word everytime I passed by and I appreciated that.

Overall, I spent a week at the Magnolia and would recommend it for an event or family leisure stay in Denver. I will absolutely want to stay with the Magnolia again and the main reason for that is its people,
