I really like the hotel the staff, the food the bar the spa with the Swimming pool the fitness center. I really like the hotel and I am going back. This is the only hotel I will stay at. Very professional the staff is awesome.. Miss Ellene is great very professional and friendly and helpful. She works the front desk evening shift.
It was close to the airport
It didn’t seem to be in a safe area. There were people loitering around outside, we could smell someone smoking weed; it did not seem safe to even walk over to the Malone’s.

I like that everything about the hotel and the location
Friendly staff. Nice room, bed, bedding and pillows. Nice bathroom. Amenities for the evening --social refreshments and food was exceptional. The grandson loved the pool! Parking was secure and ample. Great access and shuttle to Atlanta Airport. Great breakfast. All in all the hotel and staff was wonderful. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
Phone issue: We were in room 607. When I phoned the front desk, the call repeatedly got cut off, finally had to go downstairs to get my answer to my question. I could hear a front desk attendant answer, but when I tried to speak, the call would get lost or cut off. I tried calling 6 times with the same result. No one ever tried to call my room back so I do not know if they knew the guest in 607 was trying to phone them.

The staff were amazing! Ray, Anthony, and Miquel were all attentive, helpful, and welcoming! I also loved the dinner!

Es gab zum Abendessen keine Getränke! Zum Frühstück gab es keinen Kaffee. Alternativen wurden uns keine aufgezeigt.
Der Essbereich war extrem unsauber.
I’ve stayed here before and thought it was pretty good location wise and cleanliness!
We showed up at 230 am after our flight was cancelled-there was no water. So we couldn’t shower and or use the toilet until it was sort of fixed in the morning
