The location!!
We were stuck in the elevator also this property is outdated needs to be updated and the jucuzzi water was so dirty !! Yuck definitely needs a better up keep on this place !!!!!!!
Convenient location
Not too many varieties for breakfast and need a ticket for omelet which you can only get 1.
Great location, nice room.
There was construction going on, so the lobby was a bit crowded.
The staff was nice, friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast was decent but not as good as other embassies I’ve been to.
The location was in a good place right by the mall, shopping centers and various places to eat.
1, Parking cost 25/night. 2, The breakfast could have more items like at other locations. 3, the rooms need updating. 4, the elevator is slow and feels like it needs service. 5, the after hours kickback needs better items to snack on, & needs more then 2 complimentary beverages like other locations.
Free breakfast and location
Air conditioner was too loud and didn’t cool good.
Booked a king suites and the room was dirty upon arrival after waiting 2 hours for an early checked. Was switched a different room and it too was not properly cleaned.
The location was great as well as the hotel. Some remodeling needs to be done on the bed frames but other than that great stay.
My issue is still with booking.com
Staff was friendly, breakfast was good
Pool was under construction and didn’t know. Also had to pay $25 for parking. Tub was stained. Fountain machine was down. Only 1 bartender, line was long just to order food and drinks.
Location, courtyard, breakfast buffet, very kind and friendly staff, great room service
Room was freezing cold all the time, even when the AC was off for 2 days. The room was so dark all the time, almost no sunlight, and I couldn’t open any windows. Elevator was so slow, pool was under construction.
Nothing
People were rude. Breakfast was bad. Pool wasn’t open and had multiple expenses we didn’t even know about

Customer service was horrible and left me and multiple other families stranded
And even has the audacity to tell me that they didn’t have access to the new emails because they were in the process of changing ownership
Everything and left me stranded even though I paid for everything in advance but kept telling me that booking.com didn’t pay them
So I I was stranded 1500 miles from my home
And forced to fine a hotel and pay significantly more at the last minute because on top of that the hotel was o rebooked even though I paid almost 2 days in advance
Comfort. Location. Staff. Bartending made great drinks
Had to pay for parking. Deposit was more. Both soda and juice machine was broke for breakfast. All they had was water and coffee.
