The staff being as wonderful as they were made this such a great hotel that I could look past the stains and hair ball!
Pros:

The staff were the most wonderful women ever! They were so friendly and helped us book activities during our stay. I gave the hotel the rating I did purely based on the women that looked after us!

Cons:

On the last morning there was a roach in the shower. When we arrived there was a ball of hair stuck to the door frame in the bathroom which was still there when we left and unfortunately the towels had stain marks on them.

All the staffs are very accommodating and friendy. Every time they saw us they always smile and greeted us.

Pros:

Il personale è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La struttura è molto carina e pulita

Cons:

La posizione non è centrale, per arrivare al old Town serve un mezzo (moto o macchina).
Purtroppo la stanza aveva odore di muffa (in diversi alloggi in Vietnam ho trovato questo problema).
