Excellent value for money. The staff were so helpful and friendly, really went above and beyond. We booked tickets through them, cheaper than the original prices and loved the free use of bikes. The pool was great after a hot day. I loved that they took our individual orders for breakfast the night before and it was very tasty. Thank you for your hospitality!

Propere kamers, fijn koel met de airco. Heerlijk zwembad. We hadden de slaaptrein om 23u savonds en mochten onze bagage nog laten staan. We mochten savonds ook nog zwemmen en even douchen. Heel vriendelijk personeel!

The staff were the highlight of our stay by far! They made us feel at home and were always interested in finding out how our day was and what our plans were. The area is nice but not much to do near the accommodation you will need to rent a scooter or be prepared to order a grab to go closer to attractions.

Had an amazing 6 week stay here! The location is perfect - quiet but still close to everything. We cycled everywhere. The room was lovely and the bathroom had 2 sinks which was great. The shower was excellent. The bed was super comfy
With nice bedding! Aircon worked well. Small Kitchen was a bonus. The pool is so nice and a lovely place to relax on a hot day. What really made it special was the staff. All so lovely, kind, helpful and fun. I already miss them! We celebrated a wedding anniversary and a birthday whilst there and they made our room look beautiful and brought us a cake and flowers. Just so thoughtful. We were very sad to leave!
The breakfast (when we had it) was delicious- thank you chef! Try the mi Quang - it’s so good! Unfortunately we didn’t eat many times in the breakfast room as it was boiling hot with no aircon and it just wasn’t pleasant to eat whilst sweltering in the heat. Aircon would be a big improvement.
We werden heel enthousiast ontvanger door Elly en ook het andere personeel was enorm vriendelijk!! Onze dochter was jarig tijdens ons verblijf en daar hadden ze een heel schattig verjaardagstaartje voor geregeld! We hadden een leuke, ruime kamer met mooie badkamer.
Het is een mooi en modern ingericht hotel, maar het heeft inmiddels hier en daar wel wel wat onderhoud en vervanging van stoffering nodig. Ook heeft de badkamer schimmelvorming op het beton.
Ook heb ik me een beetje verkeken op de afstand naar het oude centrum, maar met een Grab is het prima te doen!

PLUSKWY !!!!! W hotelu są pluskwy i pogryzły moją żonę !!! Do tego panuje tam straszny brud !!!! Brudne i stare ręczniki. Podłoga, która nigdy nie jest myta !!!! Brudne ściany !!!!! Zatrzasnąłem się w łazience razem ze swoją 10 miesięczną córką, panował wtedy 33 stopniowy upał !!! Nie mogliśmy wyjść, jak próbowałem otworzyć drzwi to wypadła z nich szybka, a menedżer obciążył mnie za to kwotą 1mln dongów !!!! Omijajcie ten hotel !!!!
