Nice and cool place at the south coast
Pros:

Ambience & Vibe: Great overall atmosphere right at the beach, featuring a nice swing and a fancy pool perfect for late-night lounging and poolside dining.

Rooms & Staff: The room was nice and tidy, and the staff thoughtfully accommodated your toddler by providing a full-sized single bed instead of a standard cot upon request.

Food Quality: The food was enjoyable overall.

Cons:

AC Inefficiency: The air conditioner was underpowered for the room size, failing to keep the large bathroom, cupboard area, and entire room properly cooled during the summer heat.

Dining Disappointment: The buffet breakfast was missing due to low occupancy, which was a downside.

Inconvenient Water Policy: The hotel only provided small water bottles that required constant staff requests for refills, backed by the threat of a hefty penalty for misplacing them.
luckily in our case we found the missing one behind the bed which my daughter threw just for fun lol

Great place to be with your friends to chill and have some fun
Pros:

Room was clean, spacious room and bathroom. Had all the amnesties. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

More of a club vibe; the music was playing all day. A tad bit softer would have been okay.
Meals preferences was limited. Having said that the pizza’s were yummy.

Le personnel etait exceptionnel, ils étaient tous très sympa avec nous, les chambre sont propres et très confortable.
Le petit déjeuner et l’un des meilleur petit déjeuner que nous avons eu durant notre séjour au srilanka. Nous avons séjourner 3 nuits en mi juillet donc hors saison et cela était vraiment agréable il n’y avait pas beaucoup de monde dans le beach.

Cons:

L’hôtel rest un peu loin du centre de Unawatuna à pied mais en tuktuk c’est 5-6 minutes

Начну с того, что концепция отеля это Beach Club, забудьте про приватность ведь её не будет,если вам хочется тишины ,то ее тоже не будет,целый день играет музыка, а по выходным, вечеринки с очень громкой музыкой ,поэтому если вы хотите лечь спать до полуночи,забудьте!!!!
Каждый день ты видишь много незнакомых людей на территории которые приходят просто с улицы заплатив по 1000 рупий за вход, и все правила будто построены вокруг этих гостей , потому что нам запрещали есть свою еду на территории отеля, даже фрукты которые мы купили и хотели съесть на лежаках ,нам запретили, все потому что такое правило, они же не разрешают людям которые приходят на день ,приносить еду с собой, но мы не понимаем как это правило касается гостей которые живут в этом отеле , по моему мнению бы не обязаны все заказывать с их ресторана!
А еще в номере находится тяжело ,потому что в них нет окон!
Это скорее не отель, а Beach Club с возможностью переночевать!
Поэтому судите сами.

Great location, excellent service!
Pros:

The location was excellent, right on the beach with a lovely pool. The staff were very accommodating and provided excellent service. The food was very tasty. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Cons:

We couldn't figure out how to warm up the shower so had cold showers every day, but this was a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things!

Awesome botique hotel with beach club vibe
Pros:

This boutique hotel was fabulous the rooms were super cool and very spacious. The beach club location meant that there was a great vibe with pool and beach and great food and drinks. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet.
The hotel is right on the beach and a 10 minute walk along the beach to the left were sea turtles.
It is a 15 minute walk in to unawatuna town or a short Tuk Tuk ride.
The breakfast was exceptional. So much food and delicious. Would absolutely stay here again.
The housekeeper Sahan made awesome towel animals that the children loved.
The rooms are super clean, have all the amenities you need and dressing gowns etc.

Amazing staff very cooperative.
Location and property itself was really nice

We went for our wedding anniversary, they surprised us with the small cake (such a great gesture) and we had candle light dinner at the beach, all arranged by the staff.
But we had AC problem in our room, had to change our room thrice.
Otherwise, everything went well

Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a fun relaxing holiday
Pros:

Staff is very helpful, hotel and the rooms are clean and the location is just next to the ocean 10 minutes away from Galle City.

Cons:

It was off season which meant it was calm vacation and we needed that, but due to heavy storms we couldn’t enjoy swimming like planned. There is nothing negative about the hotel and staff, we are super happy
