Brief
Pros:

I rented the hotel room because a hurricane was coming and I didn't want to stay in my house under trees. When I got to the room the window was damaged. When I asked the desk clerk if I could change rooms she said no other rooms were available. Also my car was smashed by a tree.

Cons:

I didn't like the broken window that was allowing hurricane winds to come through. I didn't like how dirty the place was in the hallways and how unmaintained the countertops, stove, and ventilation compartment over the stove.

Cons:

Check in was horrible. The clerks "baby Momma" was at the front desk?? The clerk was at the car visiting with his kids?? Water did not work in the bathtub! NO ONE at the desk to help?? The smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag??? I guess they were smoking in the room previously?? No one there at check out?? I want a refund!

My last visit to this particular Extended Stay.
Pros:

Back in 2017-18 this was my go to place to stay, Great value for the price and convenient to my territory, so naturally I booked it again for my vacation stay.

Cons:

Well, the advertised continental type breakfast that Booking.com advertised was two choices of coffee, which I appreciated the Decaf option. But, there wasn't any utensils in the kitchen, not even a plastic spoon.
The halls were filthy, and the ongoing remodel on the second floor with all the furniture in the hallway, and the smell a glue was not pleasing. The remote control to the TV didn't work either. And the clientele hanging out in the lobby having phone conversations on speaker were annoying as well. Some people who are not guests need to be told to move along.
I affectionately called it the "Worst Western" to my friends when they inquired about it. I doubt very seriously I will ever stay there again.

Will never stay at an Extended America again!

The morning staff was friendly

Cons:

After paying we are told the elevator is out. Our room is on the third floor thank goodness we didn’t have much luggage. We are both senior citizens. The rails for the stairs were filthy. The carpet on the floor was filthy. The TV did not work right. The phones were out. No blow dryer we had a kitchenette, but no silverware. Was told as we were checking out if we had called them they would’ve brought it to us there again. The phones were out. We tried calling them on our phones many times and kept getting the one 800 number. The young lady as we were checking out. Very nice
