Will never stay at an Extended America again!

The morning staff was friendly

Cons:

After paying we are told the elevator is out. Our room is on the third floor thank goodness we didn’t have much luggage. We are both senior citizens. The rails for the stairs were filthy. The carpet on the floor was filthy. The TV did not work right. The phones were out. No blow dryer we had a kitchenette, but no silverware. Was told as we were checking out if we had called them they would’ve brought it to us there again. The phones were out. We tried calling them on our phones many times and kept getting the one 800 number. The young lady as we were checking out. Very nice
