The employees were extremely helpful and kind. She kept apologizing about the error.
I enjoyed having to CANCEL my reservation and loose over $200.00 because BOOKING.COM messed up my reservation. I reserved a handicapped room with a roll in shower, and Booking.com reserved a deluxe suite. I wouldn't have been able to get in the bathroom with my wheelchair because it was not handicapped accessible.

I like the space in the room
There was a terrible smell in the room. I sprayed Lysol, free breeze, blunt spray and the smell still didn’t leave the room. I’m not sure if someone burnt something in there stove or if it was something on the carpet that smelled
Front desk Ms. Bunnie and Ms. Ashley were great, so helpful. Breakfast was nice. And I loved having a separate bedroom from the living room. Parking was very close to the room.
Quiet hours were 10pm-8am. But not everyone was abiding to these rules.
