Room decor
Management not accommodating. I asked for a room up front put in back
3rd night fumes in room, entrance items tampered with pc, journal, cell phone could breath due to fumes sprayed in face chest hurt. Called clerk he came up offered another room once down stairs denied said no more room . I stayed dwn stairs feeling unsafe chest hurting wanted oversight. Watched 3 people come in. No reservation for 2. I ended up going to emergency room for chest pain had to intact police it was dark9outside found my car further sprayed with toxic… items clothing stolen left suitcase in car. Given caravan and leg at hospital arrived 4am left 11am contacted hotel. Rude manager no accommodation apology, help
Close to candem yards came down for baseball game
Had to wait 24 hours to receive a frying pan and small pot had to change rooms the room they gave us was a twin bed and a handicap room we reserved a queen prior to our visit and not a handicap room the rugs were dirty in the hallways and the smell of Marijuana the hallways
Never going to stay at another Sonesta.
The breakfast was decent. The bed was comfortable. Nice sized rooms.
The elevator was broken and I was on the 3rd floor. The shower was broken.
Breakfast is the only thing good here.
They don’t even have room service. Stayed for 3 nights and didn’t even get replacement towels.
Smell across the lobby. Had to wait for an hour to get the room. Room is not cleaned properly except beds.
Breakfast was good. Maybe turkey sausage cold be an option.

Management tried to help me with my requests.
Terrible smell of cannabis everywhere, rooms, corridors. I had to purchase air fresheners to my room. The breakfast was causing stomach pain every time I was having it, especially the scrambled eggs. In addition, I encountered an issue at reception with a staff member (lady) whose behavior I found to be unprofessional and discourteous. The interaction made me feel unwelcome. My first room was terrible, extremely dirty, the toilet had hair from the previous person, phone didn’t work, fridge was dirty, water flow wasn’t enough on the shower. When they changed me to another room, the door separating the room from the living room was falling. Sometimes I asked to clean my room and no one did it, so I had to ask many times for that. I have noticed the Maintenance in general is bad, so the hotel condition does not meet the standard. Close to my last days I found hair again on clean towels just after they changed it. And many other things happened. I spent a bit more than a month at the hotel, overall it was a very bad experience. Sad to say that.
Fitness and breakfast were decent. Towels were ok.
Everything in room was worn or ripped (rug, couch, bed cover). Sheets were so rough, I chose to sleep in long pants and long sleeve top.
Well done! The breakfast was outstanding. From the options to the availability.
Wait staff never checked on us, or asked if we needed anything. Didn't have a "do not disturb" sign for either room rented.
