The room on the day of arrival was good. The rest was not that good. Everything went worse after that. We expected more for what we paid for the hotel.
1. Hotel did not accept cash payment.
2. We booked our hotel online, there was no way upon arrival to adjust a military discount. Then no respect to military members.
3. Hotel has full service room cleaning in 3 days even if the room is mess. It meant we had to tell them what to do, i.e., we had to request it.
4. There was not a regular check of breakfast items by a staff member to see if it is out and they need to bring more, Somebody had to mention them about it to supply more.
5. There was not a fresh coffee afternoon, What was there a coffee left from breakfast.
6. there was no staff member to bring requested items to the rooms, passenger had to come down to the reception and take it.

The facility was very dark and didn’t seem well lighted. The bed sheets didn’t fit the bed and the side of the bed was dirty. The breakfast choice could have been better there wasn’t even bacon.
