Buena ubicación y amabilidad en recepción
Demasiado tráfico en la zona
We chose this hotel because of its convenient location and were pleasantly surprised. The room was bright and comfortable, and the view from the window was absolutely stunning.
The only significant drawback was the lack of air conditioning. We stayed during a particularly hot period, so we had to sleep with the windows open. However, due to the hotel’s proximity to the road, it was quite noisy outside.
I would especially like to mention the very polite and helpful staff, who promptly assisted us whenever we needed anything. We had to leave earlier than planned, and the hotel kindly accommodated our request by cancelling the final night of our reservation.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, but during hot weather, it is worth keeping in mind that there is no air conditioning.

La ubicación muy buena, para visitar el centro, el parking del hotel justo enfrente a muy buen precio, el personal muy amable , nos dieron una habitación el la planta 5 , que resultó ser la suite , no le faltaba de nada , con una decoración clásica , muy limpia y ordenada y unas vistas maravillosas al río y a la ciudad, nos hubiera encantado estás más días. Muchas gracias

Buena ubicacion
Habia hormigas por todos lados, incluso en las camas. La habitacion era un horno, todo el dia le da el sol, sin aire acondicionado. No puedes abrir la ventana por el ruido de la autovia al lado.
Las almohadas son un folio, ni doblandolas tienen grosor suficiente para dormir medianamente bien.
Instalaciones de los años 80, baños, mobiliario, etc con moquetas en el suelo que no parecen muy limpias
El recepcionista que nos atendio no tenia muchas ganas, estuvimos 15 min esperando mientras estaba en el pc sin estar atendiendo a nadie delante

Das Hotel befindet sich in Poio, die Altstadt von Pontevedra kann man aber in 15 Minuten leicht zu Fuss erreichen. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr gut und das Frühstücksbüffet hatte eine große Auswahl. Die Mitarbeiter:innen sind ausgesprochen freundlich. Für den Preis, den man bezahlt bekommt man eine erstklassige Leistung.

Inexpensive. There was a fan, thank goodness, though it did not help much
The hotel is old ( which is fine) but there is no air conditioning. Rooms face either a busy road or a very busy highway. We stayed on a hot September day and it was extremely uncomfortable and loud, as we had to have the windows open to breathe. Little sleep ensued
Clean, loved the embroidered sheets, towels and toilet roll holder 😁. A comfortable bed, easy check-in, helpful, friendly staff.
A little far from the old town.
Oh the bathroom, room & view were so great! The bathroom had all the amenities I could’ve needed - including a hair straightener! Having a 12 o’clock check out was a bonus too (not that I needed it).
For a double bed there was just one long pillow… which was fine but if I was with someone else it would’ve been a bit of a struggle!
The place was ok, but it had a nice river view.
The area. There was nothing in the area. The only place you can eat is in the mall, which only had "menu del día" and it didn't taste that good.
