The reception. On our arrival we had a lovely young man who greeted us. He was very efficient and friendly. A great start to our holiday.
The location was fantastic, we have stayed many times in Sydney but this location was tha best.
The rooms were not sound proof. When other people open and closed there doors I thought someone was entering our room. I’m also very hard if hearing and I could hear other rooms tv.
There was very little housekeeping. We got clean towels and the bed made every day. No area in the room or bathroom were cleaned the carpet was not vacuumed. The hallway was never vacuumed and has teeth floss sticks everywhere for several days
We reported on day 1 that the fridge didn’t work and was told they would send the maintenance person would go up whilst we were out. As far as we know no one attended. On our departure we were asked how our stay was we said about the fridge to be told that we had to pull out the fridge to plug it in.
The property was clean and rooms nice
Very noisy outside due to work vehicles throughout the night then changed room but still noisy plumbing.
Bar shut at 9-30 which was a shame
Breakfast limited no fruit
The 4 single bed option was great for my children and I.

Finding the exit doors to get to the lifts
Staff in the restaurant were lovely, facilities were everything we needed for an overnight stay. The adjoining rooms were perfect.
The room was a good size and good facilities.
Noisy people next door coming in at 1.30 am and then chatting loudly for an hour.

The bed was sooo soft and comfy. Its near with Paddys market, walk around 400m. Near with museum station. The best place to stay when in Sydney, i think!

The location was great, just a short walk to the train station. The restaurant was amazing and the food was good.
Great location
Fridge was not cold. And no access to to a small freezer for ice packs. Medication needed to be kept in the fridge put it was to warm
The storehouse on the bottom floor saved my night
The shower was a little difficult to figure out
Room was fabulous, very spacious and the beds were super comfy.
