The rooms were spacious and clean on arrival.

Cons:

Housekeeping was not done properly. The coffee/tea area was not cleaned there were coffee stains on the counter considering we used our own mugs. Tea was not replenished, milk was not replenished. Throughout the duration of our stay. The bathroom tiles had traces of shaved beared from the previous guest. The true hotel experience is the housekeeping, that's what raises the bar.

Pros:

Great size room, clean and comfortable and good location 200m Museum station or 200m to light rail.

Cons:

Only small but don’t like a shower over the bath.

We always like staying here when we visit Sydney - the rooms are clean, staff are great and the onsite cafe/restaurant/bar are great. As is the pool!
