Le haría falta mantenimiento
Pros:

El alojamiento es muy bonito, las habitaciones son espaciosas y modernas, pero está muy dejado. La limpieza deja mucho a desear, hay una cantidad de polvo notable, tiene una terracita, pero no se puede utilizar porque el suelo está dañado y los muebles en mal estado

Cons:

Teníamos una habitación triple y nos tocó la 5 planta. No tienen ascensor, así que tuvimos que cargar todo el equipaje por las rampas bastantes empinadas, no es muy práctico. Tampoco agradable después de todo el día andando subir tantas escaleras.

clean hotel with great location
Pros:

Zizi Kyoto Gion has a great location. In the heart of the Gion district, so really very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel itself is OK - no extra features like washing machine, nevertheless the room was great! Really huge, taking typical Japanese premises into account ;) We were 5 people - 3 adults and 2 grown up boys and easily fit in. The room looked exactly like on the pictures, everything was clean, beds were super comfortable, bed linen soft and washed, the same with towels. There are a small fringe and a kettle in the room, too. There are plenty food possibilities around, just few steps away is a FamilyMart, our favorite Japanese grocery shop. We even met twice the staff at the reception, but honestly, didn't need his help, the access codes are provided well in advance, and everything is clear and intuitive.

There is no elevator we had to carry our luggage 3 floors up. It was 35 degrees hot and the ac wasn't working when we entered the room.finally we had to change our hotel.anf again we had to get out luggage 3 floors dwn without any help from the staff.

Gion mágico
Pros:

Un hotel muy cómodo y acogedor cerca de todo. Ideal para familias, nos gustó mucho la distribución, la amplitud de la habitación. La comodidad de las camas.
En general todos los servicios.

Cons:

La única pega es que no tiene ascensor, aunque ya lo contratamos sabiéndolo.

Pros:

The location was great, the room were so spacious which was a treat coming from a tiny room in Tokyo!

Cons:

We stayed in the top floor room with a balcony and there was no lift which was killer after 20k + steps a day! Also the A/C wasn’t the best. It worked but didn’t make the room ice cold.
