Pros:

Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel. Hormis son emplacement à côté du quartier de Gion et le métro de Kyoto pas loin, tout le reste laisse à désirer.

Cons:

La propreté de notre chambre n’était vraiment pas terrible (poussière présente sur la table de nuit, étagère de salle de bain et bord de fenêtre ainsi que des traces de dentifrice dans la salle de bain et le sol mal nettoyé).
De plus l’hôtel a l’air récent et pourtant il est mal entretenu ce qui donne des rambardes dans l’escalier (sans ascenseur) endommagé, les murs et les sols des couloirs et escalier plein de traces et des équipements lumineux non fonctionnel.

De plus nous devons parler à différentes personnes à l’accueil qui certes ne sont pas désagréable mais qu’elles soient présentes ou non, ça ne changerai rien car elle sont continuellement sur leur téléphone avec le son à fond.
Nous avons contacté l’établissement en avance pour savoir si l’envoie de valise était possible à partir de celui-ci.
Effectivement c’est possible mais ne comptez pas sur l’accueil de l’hôtel pour vous aider. Ils se contentent seulement de garder vos bagages le temps que le Takkyubin (que vous aurez contacté) vienne cherchez vos bagages.

Pour finir l’isolation phonique et thermique sont inexistantes ce qui est dommage dans un bâtiment « récent » et le couloir/escalier étant exiguë, il est étrange de laisser des poche de linges dans le passage.

Osobna łazienka i toaleta. W łazience wanna i prysznic. Łóżka bardzo wygodne. Dogodna lokalizacja, blisko sklepy i komunikacja. Bardzo czyste i przestronne pokoje. Dostępne kosmetyki, suszarka i ręczniki. Samodzielne zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Możliwość pozostawienia bagażu w pokoju przed zameldowaniem.

Based on a review for a family of 5 (2 adults 5, 3 & 1yr old) IMO

Facilities
- overall room and facilities were good and available. We didn't have an iron in our room but when requested it was available

Location
For us where we needed to get to we constantly had to uber but it was factored in our budget. The location is good for guest that can easily travel by walking. Quite challenging for families with strollers and young kids

If you have lots of luggage, prepare mentally to carry to top floor if you are booking. There is no elevator access. Staircase is narrow. We were aware and it was tough.

- Communication via booking so not really any ground staff
- Trying to leave luggage earlier, we asked a staff who was cleaning. He didn't seem like he knew anything aside to do the cleaning. He only knew his role however his manner could have been more polite towards guests
- While waiting in the renovation lounge area the linen Bags were left all over the floor

Local Neighbour
- There was an angry neighbour who constantly hassled the venue. She was indicating the building was shut down by police and it is run by Chinese Mafia. The staff said she is mentally ill but it can be disturbing for guests.

Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen, günstig und super schön!
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotelzimmer mit super bequemen Betten!
Riesiges Badezimmer und einen schönen Balkon.
Man ist in paar Minuten direkt im Geschehen aber es ist trotzdem eine sehr ruhige Gegend.

Cons:

Die Treppe ist sehr steil, mit Rucksäcken ging es aber mit Koffern wäre es schon etwas schwieriger!

Pros:

Loved the balcony, as we were 4 it felt like another room. The location is great, near everyting you need and in walking distance to all major sites. We were able to find not too expensive parking just arround the corner and didn't touch the car for the next 3 days. A good family room for 4 people (2 adults + 2 teenagers) with eeveryting we need.

Cons:

4th floor with narrow staris and no elevator make for a climbing experience if you have any larger bags. ;-) If you are picky about cleansiness another round of dusting of window shades before customers come wouldn't hurt, and the shades don't close compeltely (if you like to sleep in darkness). But all in all it was a good experience for us.

Fijn verblijf op een toplocatie, zeker een aanrader.
Pros:

De locatie is uitstekend, dichtbij bezienswaardigheden en openbaar vervoer. De kamer was schoon en comfortabel en het verblijf was erg prettig.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets noemenswaardigs, alles was naar tevredenheid.

Tra tutti gli alloggi provati durante il nostro viaggio, questo è stato sicuramente uno dei più particolari e memorabili.

La stanza era davvero enorme, probabilmente la più grande che abbiamo trovato in Giappone. Avevamo tantissimo spazio a disposizione e questo ha reso il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Anche la pulizia era impeccabile, come in tutti gli altri hotel.

L’ambiente era curato e accogliente, e si percepiva subito un’attenzione ai dettagli che abbiamo apprezzato molto.

Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti e lo consigliamo a chi cerca una sistemazione ampia e confortevole.

Cons:

Come era segnalato anche al momento della prenotazione la struttura è sprovvista di ascensore e noi essendo all’ultimo piano abbiamo dovuto fare tutto a piedi con i bagagli, ma ne è valsa la pena fidatevi!
