Günstiges und sauberes Hotel ohne Klimaanlage
Pros:

Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Möbel relativ neu - das ist mir am wichtigsten. Geschätzt 15 Parkplätze stehen direkt vor dem Hotel zur Verfügung und sind kostenlos. Die Reinigung erfolgt nur alle 2 Tage, was ich völlig in Ordnung finde. Der Check-In hat vollkommen problemlos funktioniert - wer in der Lage ist die Buchung bei Booking abzuschließen, schafft es sicherlich auch sich selbst einzuchecken. Eine App muss man sich da auch nicht installieren. Ich habe nach einer günstigen, aber vernünftigen Unterkunft gesucht und sie hier definitiv gefunden. Wer eine Rezeption, Zimmerservice oder Frühstück haben will, ist hier definitiv falsch und muss eben deutlich mehr investieren. Vielen Leuten scheint nicht klar zu sein, dass es das Hotel ansonsten mit Sicherheit nicht mehr geben würde bzw. deutlich teurer wäre.

Cons:

Leider war es im Zimmer unter dem Dach unglaublich heiß. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage (was man ja vorher weiß), aber auch keinen Ventilator. Leider war auch noch das Fenster geöffnet, sodass den ganzen Tag warme Luft in das Zimmer kommen konnte. Nachts wollten wir das Fenster offen lassen, aber die Kirchenglocken nebenan läuten wirklich die ganze Nacht alle 15 Minuten. Von anderen Gästen habe ich nichts gehört, aber ich glaube auch nicht, dass das Hotel sonderlich ausgelastet war.

Unfortunately disappointed
Pros:

The room was clean and had all the facilities as described. There were two comfortable single beds. Big open shower, body/hair was and good quality Babyliss hairdryer. Our room had floor to ceiling windows facing road and carpark. Room was spacious. There was kettle and toilet rolls in the hallway if needed. Bath towels were a good size and changed during our stay. Dual switch for light and fan, great at night to keep quiet.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our room was located just above the car park and outside the busy road. I think there were one or two rooms like this. Especially during weekend, there was a constant flow of traffic. Cars and motorbikes. There's a church nearby. The bells were ringing every hour and half hour. These kept us awake every night but eventually we fell asleep. This made us feel tired next day and spoilt the holiday plans due to disturbed sleep pattern. When we arrived I wrote an email to koncept hotel explaining my concerns about the noise, asked if there's a possibility to change the room to one with the view to the back of the house however I have never received an answer. Dissapointing.

Once through the technical barriers, the room was nice.
Pros:

Room was good and beds comfortable. Clean and perfectly nice.

Cons:

No human presence. Terrible "check in" with phones, ipads, scans and confusing numbers demanded. Total chaos. Customers helping each other. Bring your children, they might be useful.
