A brilliant hotel in a lovely city, made for a fabulous holiday
Pros:

Its location was perfect to enjoy Como, a lovely boutique hotel, our room was amazing, clean spacious, stocked full of everything needed to enjoy our holiday, our room was cleaned everyday as if it was our first, breakfast was ample with plenty of fresh choices everyday, and every member of staff, were so helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay fabulous.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful place.
Pros:

Hotel was small but had everything we needed and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. There was enough choice at breakfast to suit all tastes and if you wanted anything, just ask and it was provided. Never met friendlier, helpful staff anywhere than here. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. They even turned your bed covers down in the evening and left chocolates. Had a fantastic stay in this very central hotel close to everything and would highly recommend.

Cons:

Maybe a couple of extra hooks would be helpful.

Sentral beliggenhet midt i Como sentrum. Veldig bra frokost. Vennlig og serviceminded betjening.

Lunch & snack facilities and outside eating area were great.

Cons:

You only had a single room, i would have loved a double room for the extra space and bigger bed. That said the room was comfortable. all facilities are excellent . Very nice decor & very clean .
