Super freundliches Personal, schön eingerichtete, saubere Zimmer, zentrale Lage und nahe See.
Pros:

Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt in Nischengasse mit fabelhaften Frühstücksbuffet mit Avocado-Ei-Toast.
Besonders möchte ich noch hervorheben, dass das gesamte Personal sehr aufmerksam und unübertroffen nett ist!
Der Aufenthalt machte uns sehr, sehr grosse Freude. Vielen, lieben Dank an alle!

Pros:

Posizione centralissima, a pochi passi dalla cattedrale. Hotel in un palazzo antico, completamente ristrutturato interiormente. Aria condizionata eccellente, pulizia ottima, colazione ottima ed abbondante, personale gentilissimo.

Cons:

Nulla da migliorare. L'unico problema è arrivare all'hotel con la macchina in quanto è in zona ZTL. L'hotel comunica la targa al comune, quindi non ci sono multe. Però Google maps non è assolutamente utile: voleva farci passare sopra le fioriere intorno alla cattedrale!

Nous avons passé une super séjour. Le personnel est super aimable, la chambre et la salle de bain sont très grandes. Très calme. La localisation est parfaite, près de la gare et du ferry. Très bon petit déjeuner. A recommander +++

Como City is lovely
Pros:

Lovely Hotel in Como City. Lovely terrace out front for coffee or a drink. Breakfast was good. Room was nicely furnished. Hotel is located on small quiet side area off the pedestrian street. We would stay again.
We only spent one night. In retrospect I wish we stayed at least two. We took the bus to Bellagio (painful no seats) If you take it catch it at the train station. We took the ferry back which was long but we loved it. Como City is nice. It would have been good to explore. We also took the funicular up to Brunate. We went first thing in the morning. No long line ups.
Como City is over touristed. The day we left there were hundreds of people arriving by train. Too many for the sidewalks and they walked on the road. I truly felt bad for the residents.
