I am so sorry but I will not return to this place.
Pros:

I like the location.

Cons:

It was dirty the whole room, spiders and spider web everywhere in the room, in the bathroom was only one towel when we arrived. I asked them for more towels and they gave me but 2 out of 3 were dirty. The breakfast attendant did not do the job right, breakfast items were missing, the place was dirty and she was all the time at the front taking with the front deck person. Very disappointed. The hotel needs to be keep clean and update.

Never got a refund
Cons:

Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights, realized we did not need that many nights, so we asked if we could change our reservation to 3 nights. They said yes. Never got a refund, it's been three months.

after switching rooms a few times.. one was okay... air wasn't working

Cons:

foul odor in the rooms... lack of AC... watered down coffee... where was the fruit for breakfast

Pros:

King size room with sofa

Cons:

AC did not cool room esp with bed located in other room. Bed should be closer and opposite from sofa. Opened windows to let fresh air and screen was missing.
Bathroom was small and shampoo bottles were partially full
The door was painted and made it stick when opening.
When checking in housekeeping was vacuuming lobby which was annoying and hard to hear clerk. Vacuum when no guests present.

A lot of sketchy people hanging around the lot, dog poop in the hall ways, hotel looks a little outdated not somewhere I'd pick to stay again.

The location and the comfort. The staff on the other hand was vile,overwhelmingly rude, and very unprofessional. The worst customer service I have ever encountered

Waste of money and time
Pros:

The price.

Cons:

The coffee pot in the room was filthy and had coffee still In from the previous resident. Breakfast was cold meat. The pool should not be open it’s disgusting. The walls had burgers on them. I have kids and in this country we have laws I’m sure they are breaking laws there. I’ll never go there again. And I’m thinking booking.com will be replaced with Travelocity.

Nice place if you're on a budget.
Pros:

For what would be considered a 2-Star Hotel it was nicer than I expected it to be. The front desk was very nice as I arrived almost near midnight and even offered to extend check-out if I needed it as I was waiting for a delivery slot the next morning.

Cons:

There was blood on the sheets. Gross!
