you get what you pay for
Pros:

the staff was nice. it was cheap for the days we were staying compared to other hotels in the area, you get what you pay for.

Cons:

hotel was not cleanly, nor were the rooms. it was noticeable enough to make you question sleeig in the beds, walking barefoot on the floors, using the showers, etc.

unhoused people around the property, which isnt the hotels fault or a big issue. but it is something to think about if you aren’t comfortable with people hanging around the property.

My previous positive experience at the Comfort Suites in Moab, Utah, influenced my decision to select this location; however, that expectation was not met, and I regret this choice. The room has a persistent odor resembling damp pets and pet urin, which has permeated our clothing. The area was not in a satisfactory condition, necessitating immediate cleaning. The bed linens appeared to be stained and exhibited signs of improper cleanliness. The bathroom was not properly sanitized prior to our arrival, as evidenced by the presence of urine stains.We requested a room change, but availability was limited; furthermore, due to the holiday, all alternative local accommodations were fully booked for our required duration, leaving us no choice but to remain in our original room.

It was awful. I'm always eager to leave good reviews. This is only my second bad review and I'm 66!
Cons:

When I pulled out a folded towel underneath the counter, it was filthy and disgusting. Kids were allowed to run and yell down the hallways and lobby without staff asking them to quiet down. It was incredibly loud! Breakfast was the worst food I've ever encountered at a hotel. It was overcooked and eggs were rubbery. The oranges were spotted with black and looked very sad.

I would never stay at this property again, very unsafe and unsanitary.

Ac didn’t work, blow dryer didn’t work. Homeless people in and out of hotel, people living in parking lot very dangerous situation.

It was dirty the whole room, spiders and spider web everywhere in the room, in the bathroom was only one towel when we arrived. I asked them for more towels and they gave me but 2 out of 3 were dirty. The breakfast attendant did not do the job right, breakfast items were missing, the place was dirty and she was all the time at the front taking with the front deck person. Very disappointed. The hotel needs to be keep clean and update.

Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights, realized we did not need that many nights, so we asked if we could change our reservation to 3 nights. They said yes. Never got a refund, it's been three months.
