Очень люблю этот отель, уже как дома, прекрасный, отзывчивый персонал, вкусные завтраки

Cons:

Просила номер тихий, но в итоге на втором этаже дали и пол окнами шумели паркующиеся автомобили и говорили люди, очень мешало.

Ich war schon öfter in diesem Hotel und würde es wieder wählen.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr gute Betten. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, es gibt Parkplätze am Hotel oder in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof und auch die Innenstadt ist fussläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Es stehen Parkplätze direkt am Hotel zur Verfügung und das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Der Feueralarm um 3 Uhr nachts, aber dafür konnte das Hotel nichts, es war ein Fehlalarm.

Service gut, Geschäftsleitung sollte Ringes überdenken

Die Lage , Frühstück. Sauberkeit , kostenlose Getränke im Eingangsbereich, Personal , alles ohne jegliche Kritk

Das Einchecken war problematisch. (Lag nicht am Personal,sondern an der Organisation) Ab 15.00 konnte wirklich erst eingecheckt werden.
1 Mitabeiterin stand nur zur Verfügung. Die Gäste standen bis zum Ausgang und das sehr sehr lange. Die Schlange nahm kein Ende. Wir hatten 3 Zimmer , waren bereits 14.00 Uhr vor Ort, da waren 4 Mitarbeiter, die sich lediglich unsere Ausweise zeigen ließen. Die Mitarbeiterin ab 15.00 wurde von allen bedauert.
Sicherheit im Hotel ist ebenfalls ein Problem. Wenn man vom Parkplatz am Hintereingang klingelt öffnet sich die Tür und man kann von dort ohne jegliche Kontrolle mit dem Fahrstuhl ins gesamte Gebäude. Gleiches trifft für den Haupteingang zu. Ohne jegliche Kontrolle, man kann von dort ohne weiteres zum Fahrstuhl.
Zum Zimmer- die Bettdecken sind eine Katastrophe, sonst alles i.O.

Leider war das Hotel nicht bereit, 1 Buchung (über Booking )für ein Zimmer um 1 Tag zu reduzieren.
Rücksprache vor Ort, dann telefonisch, (auch mit Booking ) brachten kein Ergebnis. Booking hat sich wie folgt entschuldigt "..... leider erhalten wir keine Antwort vom Hotel ......,"

Zimmer wie beschrieben und gebucht, für mich bequemes Bett. Große Dusche

Cons:

Leider war abends nur eine Angestellte für Check in und Bar eingeteilt. Nach einem Konzert, war diese dann doch eher mit der Einfachheit der Materie konfrontiert. ... Ich will damit sagen, daß zu wenig Personal eingeteilt war, um diesen Ansturm zu bewältigen!
