We checked out before because we could not get any sleep. Parties were being held till 3 am and if you need to wake up a

The location is very good, but at the same time right next door to the hotel there is an area where parties are being organized and held. Live music drums fireworks till past 3 am

Cons:

It was not at all like displayed on the pictures the garden was rundown there were no cushions no colors like in the picture. There was no buffet at breakfast and most of the employees were rude.

La atención es impecable. El hotel está limpio y las camas son cómodas. El hotel está bien ubicado, no muy lejos de la plaza de armas (pero hay que subir). El desayuno, muy bien (casero y fresco). Té y café en acceso libre todo el día. La terraza es hermosa.

O Hotel é perfeito. Perto do centro de Cusco. Nada a reclamar. O único ponto negativo é estar localizado em uma rua em que não tem acesso a carros. Isso foi ruim porque os passeios contratados não puderam nos buscar no Hotel, tivemos que ir de madrugada para outro ponto próximo. Lá é seguro, sem problemas, mas perdemos o conforto de sermos buscados no Hotel.

Taxi cannot get to the hotel doors, about 50m away you have to carry your suitcases. Not bad. Just that u know
