L'hotel si trova nella parte medio-alta della città, nel quartiere di San Blas. E' estremamente tranquillo e silenzioso e il giardino interno è delizioso. La colazione è molto buona anche se non eccessivamente variegata. La colazione da asporto non era buonissima; mi sarei aspettato prodotti confezionati migliori.
E' stato possibile lasciare le valigie fin dal giorno prima del check in (siamo arrivati a Cusco, abbiamo lasciato le valigie, siamo subito ripartiti per Aguas Calientes e siamo tornati in hotel il giorno dopo).
Talvolta, alcuni tour non riescono a fare il prelievo da questo hotel per la posizione, ma è facile organizzare il pick up due o tre strade sotto l'hotel.
La camera era un po' fredda (ci sono stato nella seconda metà di agosto).
Staff was super nice and helpful. Common areas are very cute and good to relax in. The hotel has beautiful views and is in good proximity to everything we wanted to see in Cusco. Rooms are big.
We were in one of the rooms on the ground. If someone is in the room above you hear everything. Just them walking around is super loud. If people leave for tours or the airport at 3 or 4am, you'll be awake as well.
The breakfast was the same every single day. We were there for 10 days. Ended up going to cafes as well for breakfast to have some variety.
Some things could really benefit from an update:
- Our hand towels always had huge holes in them
- Bathroom facilities are old
- The heater in the room was not very safe (plugs bent, cable got hot)
- Need to run the shower for a long time before hot water kicks in

Koszos a hely. Szakadt törölközőt adtak. Folytonos csatorna szag. Mindent hallani.
Az egyik férfi recepciós köszönni nem volt képes…
esta en una zona muy bonita a pocas cuadras de la plaza de armas pero pues se localiza hacia arriba, el llegar caminando se complica un poco porque cansa, pero esta en una zona muy bonita!!!!

La habitación es muy hermosa y acogedora, las personas que atienden son muy amables y siempre dispuestas a ayudar, nos permitieron dejar nuestras maletas luego del check -out ya que nuestro vuelo era en la tarde

Banheiro pequeno, café da manhã fraco, localização é péssima.
Nada. Desde que llegamos el de recepción una mala vibra tremenda.
Las fotos no describen la realidad.
Toallas manchadas. Sabanas con pelos. Bajo de la cama mugre.
Ruidos de las habitaciones lindantes en horario de descanso.
El desayuno una vergüenza, si bien nos fuimos antes del horario del desayuno el de recepción nos dio una vianda que era horrenda.

El agüita caliente, el desayuno, no hacía frío y el silencio.

It wasn’t like the pictures, the doors let all the cold air in from the bottom, the towels had holes, one channel on the TV, and one of the lamps didn’t work.
