Grande chambre, calme....hormis les sommiers!!

Cons:

Les lits ( sommiers) étaient très bruyants. Pas de vaisselle disponible les premiers jours. De plus, même au bout de 10 jours sur place, nous n' avons vu qu' un seul matin de quoi manger au petit déjeuner ( 1 muffin). Celui- ci ne consistant qu' en un mug de café ( ou thé ou chocolat à l' eau)!!

Shabby with broken promises.
Pros:

Inexpensive

Cons:

WiFi was bad. Promised breakfast was never available (the delivery didn’t come) - for at least 2 days in a row. AC was loud. Furniture was old and cracking.

It was a disaster and won’t be going back and I hope management sees this

The location was nice right when we got there they said we don’t have a room ready after our original check in time then the clerk laughs and says oh we hav a perfect room for you then started naming off all the stuff that was wrong with this room we were going into, the door was not working correctly it was off the spring located on the door the room was filthy the shower was nasty hair everywhere wasn’t clean at all the people were walking up and down the hall all night loud the people upstairs were really loud we were next to an electrical room which people were for some reason going into there was dog poop in all the facilities to bring our dogs to use the restroom it was a disaster

I didn’t like any minute of our stay I’ll never go back

Not at all what I expected for an extended stay in Lake Forest.... Not very clean, breakfast was a joke! stale muffins & cheap coffee...not a good example of a clean hotel & OLD, OLD appliances & fixtures!...

Not the best, would not recommend.
Pros:

Check in was easy, liked the location.

Cons:

Toilet was not working or flushing the whole stay, the sent someone to fix it. Took about 5 hours to fill the request. But still it did not get fixed. Went down for breakfast coffee my second day, they said it would be ready soon. Someone was sent to the store to get. But this never got done went down several times and still no coffee. I would prefered if they would of just told me it was broken or they couldn't make it.

The front desk personnel were unhelpful and lacked friendliness. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room that was unclean and smelled like a dog. The hallway also had a strong, wet-dog smell. Due to fatigue and limited time to find alternative accommodations, I purchased cleaning supplies from a dollar store. The following morning, around 6:30 a.m., while working, I noticed the kitchen sink making a noise and water with soap bubbles emerging from it. I contacted the front desk, but the representative abruptly ended the call. When I approached the front desk to report the issue, she inspected the room and advised me to call her once the water issue was resolved. I informed her that the room smelled like sewage and explained I needed to leave soon for work. She later returned and informed me that I would be moved to a better room. I packed my belongings and transferred, but realized I had left my shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body scrub in the bathroom. I returned to the front desk, where an elderly man gave me three small bottles of shampoo and said there was no body wash available. When I asked to check the room, he assured me it was clean and that my belongings had been discarded. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated. I will not be returning to this establishment. And I paid $350 or so and spent close to $20 on cleaning supplies!
