The style of the room
Hard to keep doors open because I use a walker doors should be able to be placed open and close them when done I liked the accessible shower but it needs a removable shower bench or chair

If there was -100 that is what I would rate this place. Horrible stink as you enter the hotel, carpets are so damn soiled and stained, beds have just made with not changed or fresh sheets, the pictures of the hotel on the platform are AI generated. The fixtures are broken or rusted, no soap or shampoo in the washroom, the sheets had blood stains, just a place of horror. I was shocked to see such a run down place in a good neighborhood. I have many more photos but sadly can upload only 4

Thin barriers, can hear neighbors from next door and above.

Breakfast food was not enough, oak meal was not there for one week. Shower was not strong enough.
The only part of this hotel that I appreciated was the fact that it had a kitchen with a refrigerator since I was hosting a party and live out of town, and the location of the hotel was near the site of the party
I felt the room was incredibly dirty, the room was not even supplied with towels, the hallway smelled distinctly of urine and the room itself was quite shabby and outdated. Because of the condition of the hotel and hotel room , I left a day early even though I had painted advance because I was so uncomfortable
Understaffed. The person who checked us in seemed untrained for front desk duties. A guest was asking for clean towels, he said there’s none. When the guest complained about the service, he said please complain to the manager.
No breakfast and short on coffee
Grande chambre, calme....hormis les sommiers!!
Les lits ( sommiers) étaient très bruyants. Pas de vaisselle disponible les premiers jours. De plus, même au bout de 10 jours sur place, nous n' avons vu qu' un seul matin de quoi manger au petit déjeuner ( 1 muffin). Celui- ci ne consistant qu' en un mug de café ( ou thé ou chocolat à l' eau)!!
