super schönes Hotel, gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns super gefallen, da sie auf alle unsere Wünsche eingegangen sind. Unsere Zimmer lagen nebeneinander, ganz oben in einem ruhigen Bereich und wir konnten uns dort wirklich ausruhen. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer super ausgestattet gewesen, es war alles da, was man benötigte, vor allem eine gut funktionierende Klima. Das Frühstück war lecker, frisch und ausreichend :)

Cons:

Nichts, wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt und keine Beschwerden :)

Pros:

Das Hotel lag sehr gut, die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar in 15 Minuten. Parkplätze direkt an Haus. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Kein Kleiderschrank. Für kurzfristige Reisen sicherlich kein Problem

Enttäuschendes Frühstück und unprofessioneller Service
Pros:

Insgesamt hat das Hotel durchaus Potenzial, vor allem aufgrund der neuen Ausstattung und der guten Zimmer. Beim Frühstück und insbesondere beim Service besteht jedoch noch deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf.

Cons:

Leider hat uns der Aufenthalt insbesondere beim Frühstück sehr enttäuscht. Die Brötchen machten den Eindruck, als wären sie mindestens zwei Tage alt – entsprechend trocken und alles andere als frisch. Orangensaft gab es lediglich am ersten Tag, danach wurde keiner mehr angeboten.

Auch das Personal wirkte vollkommen überfordert und war teilweise überhaupt nicht als Hotelpersonal zu erkennen. Besonders irritierend war, dass uns ein Mann in Jogginghose nach unserer Zimmernummer fragte. Ein professioneller und vertrauenswürdiger Eindruck entsteht dadurch leider nicht.

Insgesamt hatten wir beim Frühstück und beim Service deutlich mehr erwartet. Hier besteht aus unserer Sicht erheblicher Verbesserungsbedarf.
