Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Très bon emplacement
Suite très bien aménagée et compartimentée
Suite donnant sur un patio donc calme
Bon choix au petit déjeuner
Literie très confortable et nombreux rangements

Cons:

Plus ou moins de bruit en fonction de la situation de la chambre : tramway, cloches

No opportunity to sample what looked nice restaurant and bar. Avoid sunday and monday.
Pros:

In old town part of Freiburg, most main attractions within walking distance.
Good breakfast.
Staff serving breakfast and lady at check out pleasant and friendly.

Cons:

2 Ruhetage (days when both restaurant and bar were shut) in succession. As a staff member was required for checking in and out they could easily have opened the bar for residents.
Need to park in expensive multi-storey.

Pros:

We reserved just before arriving. Everything was perfectly prepared and clean. Super nice location, in the middle of the city, with a parking garage around the corner.

L'hotel è un bellissimo palazzo tipico, all'entrata del centro storico. La nostra camera era spaziosa e confortevole, così come il bagno

La colazione era ricca soprattutto per la parte salata, mentre mancava quasi completamente di quella dolce

Ideal für den kurzen Stadturlaub in Freiburg
Pros:

Besser kann die Lage für einen Stadturlaub in Freiburg nicht sein!
Straßenbahn vom Bahnhof hält direkt vor der Tür.
Sehr gutes, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück.
Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Bei Temperaturen über 30°C hätten wir uns über ein klimatisiertes Zimmer gefreut.
Immerhin gab es einen leistungsfähigen Ventilator.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral gelegen. Das Zimmer war sehr einfach eingerichtet, hätte für diesen stolzen Preis mehr erwartet.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
