Luggage Storage is available at a charge of £3 per bag pre check in and after check out. Please note that bags cannot be kept in our hotel overnight and should be collected before midnight.

Early check-in is available from 12pm instead of 3pm and late check out is available at 2pm instead of 11am is at an additional fee of £15. Subject to availability.

For bookings of more than 9 rooms, please contact the hotel directly to discuss availability and arrangements.

Pros:

It may be a "generational" problem. No power sockets in the bathroom, most other socets well hidden within drawers and subtle "cupboards", electronic controls, unstable function and power delivery for my cpap and no place/closets to keep my clothing. Hard to recommend, but the staff were well meaning and did their best.

Cons:

Same as above. Mixed experience.

Gutes Hotel für zwei Nächte
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten und zu Bahn und Bus.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, allerdings war der Frühstücksbereich ziemlich überfüllt. Gepäck konnte nach dem Auschecken dort kostenlos aufbewahrt werden.
Zimmer: sehr klein, aber sehr gut durchdacht mit vielen kleinen Extras für Stauraum und Stromanschlüssen. Für ein Wochenende bekommt man alles unter. Der Koffer passt unters Bett. Das Bett war für zwei Personen zu klein. Das Bad ist im Verhältnis zum restlichen Zimmer eher groß und geräumig..
Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig.

Way to expensive for not a lot of value
Pros:

Good location. New, clean facilities.

Cons:

Honestly our room was super small, barely any facilities for a crazy price. I really don’t think it was a good deal, but I know Edinburgh is a tough city in terms of accommodation.

Praktisch, freundlich, funktional.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut. Es war für alle was dabei, es gab auch Hafer- und Sojamilch. Etwas gefehlt haben mir Toast / Toaster und ein schottisches Frühstück war nicht dabei. Der Kaffee war ausgezeichnet. Mehr Tee-Optionen wären schön gewesen. Aber alles was es gab, war sehr gut! Die Mitarbeiter waren außerordentlich freundlich, alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Es war sehr eng und funktional, die Kopfpolster haben uns beiden nicht gut getan (Nackenschmerzen). Für eine Nacht war es aber ok!

I would not return...
Pros:

overall clean, but strange check-in terminal, quite useless since there would be personell around; they have to confirm the check-in in the end anyways....

Hotel nuovo e funzionale. Posizione ottima, tutto raggiungibile con facilità a piedi e situato vicino la fermata del tram West End per raggiungere l’aeroporto. Lo staff gentilissimo, in particolar modo Roberta che con la sua gentile disponibilità ci ha accolto. Consiglio!
