Terrible
Pros:

The location is convenient...a short ride to Downtown Nashville but there are also lots of options nearby.

Cons:

The hotel was in a deplorable state. The walls were peeling under the window and in the shower. The bathtub was dirty or stained. There was no way I would have stayed there. I showed the staff the pictures from the website and was told those are old pictures. That is unacceptable. I got an immediate refund.

It was near where I needed

Cons:

7-10 tiles in the bathroom floor, right as you entered the bathroom, was all broken and made cracking sounds every time you walked in or out of the bathroom. When I spoke to the attendant at the front desk they did not seem to care or indicate something would even be done to correct it.

Comfortable. Had so minor inconvenience, but overall decent place for the cost

Pros:

The bed were extremely comfortable...Good water pressure and hot water...The air was good and cold..the room was nice size

Cons:

Didn't like the location and it could use some updating especially lobby area...there were no automatic doors and one wheel buggy for luggage...room was ok but it does need to be painted alot missing paint throughout the room. Shower noise was extremely loud and toilet seat needed to be tightened kept sliding sideways

We got what we paid for but not what we asked for

Cons:

Was given a 2nd floor room, RIGHT NEXT TO ELEVATOR, when the hotel was CLEARLY NOT full AND I had requested a room on the first floor due to health considerations for both my wife AND me!
That is NOT how to win back customers!!

Quick stay that was cheap and served its purpose.
Pros:

It was convenient to travel and booking was not bad.

Cons:

The smell of the room smelled like the previous persons cologne. As soon as you walked in the room my child asked what is that smell that I couldn’t explain. The room had a side door that led to a connected room that did not feel safe so we put the chair there to avoid anyone coming through the door while sleeping. Room could’ve been cleaner, But I guess you get what you pay for which is the bare minimum.
