El hotel es muy cómodo en cuanto a las instalaciones y la ubicación. El desayuno fue espectacular!
El baño de la habitación no estaba limpio cuando llegamos. Las veces que pedimos servicio a la habitación tardaron más de una hora. La pileta es muy chica.
I usually like going to hotels because they take care of me. However, this place forgot our bathtub request. Forgot I was an ambassador. The restaurant made us late for shows. There was ai operating the phones so we never got our room cleaned. I’m done with this place.
Amazing view from the hotel room to the Sphere. That was a fantastic experience, we spent about an hour just watch that Las Vegas phenomenon from the hotel room.
Room were large, clean, bed comfy. Breakfast was delicious, however...
... when we arrived to eat breakfast we were told only me and my wife entitled to eat, my daughter not (room was booked for two adults and a 10y old child). I have to complain to the shift leader to serve breakfast to my daughter as well. This was a very bad experience, and ruined our stay.
Modern, clean hotel with comfortable rooms and a convenient location. Once we checked in, the stay itself was enjoyable.
The property is very good, but customer service during an unexpected flight cancellation was disappointing. Despite contacting the hotel in advance through Booking.com, my reservation was cancelled without clear communication. The hotel itself is nice, but the handling of my reservation did not meet the standard I expected from the Westin brand.

Lovely hotel. Staff was wonderful, pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. The view of The Sphere and The High Roller was amazing! The food at The Good Plate was excellent. I would definitely stay at The Westin Las Vegas again!
Our stay ended with an unexpected $500 smoking fee, making this one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
Neither of us smokes, so we were shocked to receive this charge after checkout.
The hotel told us there had been a change in the air quality in our room and concluded that someone had been smoking. During our stay, the only heated appliances we used were the iron provided by the hotel and my personal hair dryer.
We contacted the hotel to dispute the charge and explained that neither of us smokes. Rather than providing clear evidence or taking another look at the situation, we were simply informed that the decision was final and that the charge would remain on our account.
If you’re thinking about booking this hotel, keep in mind that your stay could end with an unexpected $500 charge after you check out. Based on what happened to us, we would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property.

Perfect location that was close to everything, while providing a quiet venue that supported rest and relaxation. The service received from Lena was phenomenal evidenced by my group requesting her for our 6 day stay!

I’m a NV resident and yall still charged me $17 for an hour of parking. On top of that the actual casinos charge the same, and this is not even an actual casino. Don’t book here

They were old and outdated. Still have popcorn ceilings in the rooms. The staff didn’t clean our room on day 2 & 3 before check out
Loved the location off strip. Lobby was very nice and relaxing. Clean and loved that there was no slots and no smoking.
