La atención del personal excelente
La reserva la realizamos con Booking.com para 3 pax (2 adultos y 1 niño) pero al llegar al alojamiento solo había una cama doble en la habitación. Entendemos que hubo algún problema en la plataforma de reserva porque la reserva la realizamos para 3pax. La primera noche no se pudo solucionar porque el hotel estaba completo pero la segunda noche nos cambiaron a una habitación de categoría superior con 2 camas dobles. La atención del personal del hotel y la voluntad para solucionar el problema fueron siempre excelente.
Nos encantó la piscina para niños y las actividades y juegos que tenían para ellos, es la segunda vez que estamos ahí y las actividades y espacios para niños han mejorado notablemente.
Me encantó las conchitas en la parte superior de la playa.
Deberían de realizar algo para mejorar la temperatura del agua de la piscina para adultos, porque como tiene un cascada y recircula, siempre está de fría a helada.
Los precios de su carta deberían incluir el 18% del IGV, pero no es así, te los agregan luego.
Su personal muy amable en todo momento, me brindaron la oportunidad de realizar upgrade de mi habitación.
La limpieza de la suite, el balcón. Y las áreas comunes. Sé que debe ser muy complejo ya que hay muchas aves cercar del lugar, pero comparado a otro hotel 4 estrellas, siempre veía personal muy alerta a la limpieza de las áreas comunes y las habitaciones.
que acepten mascotas! deberian hacer un lugar donde los perros puedan jugar sin interrumpir a los niños.
variedad de comida, jueves habia la opcion de preparar pizza con los ingredientes que escojas y viernes quise tambien tener esa opcion y ya no habia, solo te limitaba a lo que ya tenian.

La piscina, la vista a la playa, la comodidad de las habitaciones y el trato del personal.
Las porciones de los platos del restaurante son un poco pequeñas para el costo que es un poco elevado y la carta no es tan variada; sin embargo, tiene muy buen sabor.

Great staff and service. Location is secured and everything was amazing. From the food to the rooms, no complaints. Will stay here again.
So let start with the positive. The rooms are extremely spacious with two bathrooms. It’s modern and mostly clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.
The negatives are the endless construction happening there, the location Paracas in general which was one of my least favorite places ever and the very late check in time 3pm and we still had to wait over that time. Breakfast was not good but the restaurant was decent. Atmosphere was nothing special and definitely not worth the money. This is the one place I would have skipped in the entire Peru trip. And the laundry service was 3x more than we paid at our next hotel for the same amount of clothes.
This hotel was one of 7 our travel agency booked and this is the only one I would not return to.

Un hotel de esta categoría debería permitir cambios por fuerza mayor no que simplemente ni siquiera responden el servicio tanto de ellos como.de.booking ha sido malisimo
No entiendo porque el gimnasio abre tarde . debería abrir temprano para ir antes del desayuno.
El personal
Demasiado ruido, y trabajos con taladros en horas de descanso un fin de semana. También la comida regular.
