Good place to stay if you don’t want to take a shower.
Pros:

Everything was good. Got a room with a walk in shower which was great for my father who is handicapped.

Cons:

Water pressure for the shower was very extremely poor. Worst shower ever. Need better pillows.

Convenient Location & Easy Transit:

The Route 25 public bus stop is just a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel entrance. Additionally, the hotel's shuttle service to the airport and downtown is incredibly prompt with very short wait times.

24/7 Lobby Perks:
The lobby features a 24-hour beverage station stocked with hot water, hot chocolate packets, and three different types of coffee.

Exceptional Front Desk Staff:
A huge shout-out to the two ladies (in their 30s/40s) at the front desk! Their service was incredibly warm, professional, and efficient. I was especially impressed that they honored my elite membership benefits, even though I had booked my stay through a third-party platform. During check-out, they were extremely responsible and made sure our airport shuttle was seamlessly arranged.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Not worth the price !
Pros:

Well, decent room and location. Ample parking spaces.

Cons:

Stayed for two separate nights - 1 stay was Ok with no issues. Second stay was a mess. Breakfast item was over by 8.00 AM. Paying 440$ a night and not having breakfast items was kind of weird. Most of the breakfast items were over and there was no refill. People who came after 8.00 AM had little options on the breakfast, though the breakfast was supposed to be open till 10.00 AM. It was a joke on how they managed this situation by saying to hotel guest that there was no food. In addition to it, there were no one at counter for close to 10 minutes during checkout. I felt the overall facility was poorly managed with absolute no interest towards customers concern.

Short stay before Alaskan Cruise
Pros:

The front desk was very helpful in getting us a shuttle to return our rental car and taking us downtown to get our cruise transportation. Tofi even recommended dinner and gave us a discount card. She was amazing!

Location was perfect and the Hampton shuttle picked us up at the airport and took us the next day to the train
