Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. So many choices and food was awesome.... Very friendly staff. They were very helpful with any questions we had. The bed was very comfortable. Rooms are large and clean.

Cons:

For one night I felt 398.00 was a bit high. But we noticed a lot of things in Anchorage were on the higher side. But again nice hotel with comfort and a excellent breakfast.

Absolutely ok for one or two nights

Overnight stay. Basic hotel but very expensive

Very disappointed...to much trouble for the cost.

Water was cold in room, I got stuck in elevator with anothrr 8 year old guest and had to pry open door to get out. The child stated he got stuck prior to this one. I had my friend stop others from using it when I ran to front desk to tell them..a guy went immediately to it seemed to take it serious but then no out of order sign was put on it. Others got stuck. Very bad experience.
When brought up to reception they admitted they had been having trouble with hot water..no real sympothy for our group of 4, 2 of which were elderly mothers. And when I mentioned elevator again..she said oh your the one we heard had pry open the door..but still no urgency to block off elevator till it could be serviced or checked out. Over all very disappointed in my stay...I know this isn't standard practice, I have always chosen Hampton Inn as 1st choice...till now.
