Great for the value and to be welcome with a smile!
Pros:

I like everything average, I didnt stay that long but the desk service was great this hispanic girl I think her name is Lis was very helpful and smile all the time, the bathroom was exceptional clean but didnt like the size of their towels.

Cons:

The tv just had 2 chanels and at the bathroom the towels were kind of small

Pros:

The prices were good, but I thought it would be cleaner than it was.

Cons:

False advertisement. The pictures that they have online, are NOTHING like the actual room itself. The drain was clogged in the bathtub, the room smelled very funny throughout our stay, we found two roaches on the side of the bed, floors were dirty and only 5 towels were in the room. I went to Walmart and purchased some towels and rags for me and my family. Had to pay an additional deposit during Check-In, even though we paid for the room two weeks in advance.

Convenient location for the price but cleanliness needs some serious work
Pros:

The location was good, the staff were friendly, and price was good

Cons:

The elevators were dirty and appeared to need maintenance. The room did not seem thoroughly cleaned, the pillows appeared unwashed, there was hair and stains on the bed sheets, the toilet had stains, and there was a dead bug in one of the drawers.

eu acertei com o booking,com 119,00 dolares, mas o hotel descontou 172,00 dolares, mais 50.00 dolares de deposito e no devolveu nada.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
Pros:

They didn’t give me a room for a disabled person as requested. The bed was much too high and I fell out of the bed and laid on the floor for 18 hours. They were also very unfriendly.

It was near Cracker Barrel

Cons:

Property had trash in the walkway at the entrance. Room A/C did not cool the room efficiently, because the hallway was very hot,and had no circulation. Bed was uncomfortable,and the pillows were also uncomfortable..The TV was dark and could not see what was on,and the choices of channels was very few.

Cons:

I prepared, but there was still more to pay when I got there. The shower drained slowly; the remote didn't work; no USB charging; the hallway was always really hot; the cups in the room were sticky, and the sink area was grimy.
