非常に快適で、リーズナブル！
Pros:

3泊しましたが、部屋が清潔で空気清浄機もありました。気管支喘息を持つ私は途中から喘息だということが気にならなくなり、とても快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

少しマイナーなことですが、シャワーキャップが無かったことと、コインランドリーがあったのは助かったのですが、洗濯ネットが無かったので、買いに行ったこと。洗濯ネットはホテルとして50円ほどでも預かり金と交換にすれば、間違いなく返却してくれると思います。

Pros:

Very close to the station, department stores/supermarkets, restaurants... However, it's quite a trip to Tokyo's sightseeings, usually it takes like 30-45mins. but overall i'm happy with my stay. Staff are very friendly and they speak good english.

Good value for money
Pros:

Close to the subway station and to a 7-Eleven store. Good value for money.

Cons:

Rather small rooms but still comfortable. A bit far from the main sightseeing sites.

Overall the staff was friendly, the location was nice, and it was a very comfortable experience.

I liked a the availability amenities like the vending machines and washer/dryer units.

駅前徒歩約4分程度と立地が良く、
周辺に商業施設も多い。

Cons:

駅前立地で利便性は良かったが、部屋の設備で、
まずエアコンの音が何処か故障なのか、
うるさすぎて、夜中には喉が痛くなった。
掛ふとんの折り込みがきつすぎて、引っ張っても
出てこず、首元まで覆われなかった。
エレベーターも開閉ドアが擦れて、異音がしてた。
