Excellent customer service during and after the stay. Lovely property & would stay again!
Pros:

Great location. Lovely details in the room. Gorgeous furnishings & lovely staff!

Cons:

Unfortunately the AC unit in our room failed, the staff tried really hard to fix it & supplied extra fans.

The worst nights sleep I’ve ever had.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean with lovely Bramley bathroom products.

Cons:

The room is above a pub on a main intersection. The windows are sash windows and sounded like a window was open all night. You hear every person talking, glass smashing, car passing, people talking, police car all night. However the most horrendous thing was the air conditioning unit that made a horrendous noise every 5-10 minutes all through the night, even without the electricity on (card in the slot) and the air conditioning unit off. I probably slept 1-2 hours max. I called the number available, I emailed, tried to text (as the website suggested) but it didn’t work but there was no one that answered my calls and I didn’t want to wander into a pub (if it was even open) in the middle of the night as a young woman on my own. I’m only writing this as I still haven’t heard back from the hotel or management 2 nights after my stay for any kind of apology.
