The location, the view, my room was massive and had a balcony.
The Spa! Ong! For a hotel like CH, I should expect better. Spa area was dirty, worn out, the shower areas around the spa was so untidy and had the foul smell. Pool was out of order, so I couldn’t use it.

Property was easy to find easy check in.
The price of parking car is £85. I asked if there was a car park close by they said no but when I googled there was one 1 min drive which cost £20 for 24 hours.
All the staff were very kind and generous. I wanted to thank Gary, Mohammed and Gerano for their generous hospitality.
The park was too expensive.
The room was an incredible size for my family of 3 with separate rooms and a hallway. Bathroom was also better than expected with a separate toilet with separate doors. The bar/restaurant was being painted so we were disappointed on the service area, not what we had seen online, but the food was delicious. Location was quiet, famous design district and everything was easy access. Train across the street, local groceries etc.
The Spa was old, all the areas were dirty and unattended to. We went 2 days to the spa and pool and they just were not tended too. No towels provided. Hair in all the drains, slippery floors dirty showers.
Location. Views. Staff with a “can do” attitude.
The rooms are a little tired and can do with an upgrade, but this did not detract from our stay.
Everything was exceptional we will definitely be staying again,
My sat nav 😆 it took me to the wrong side of the hotel but phoned up and the staff gave us perfect directions

It’s mainly around a residential area although the tube is only a couple of minutes walk, you will need to travel to see any of the hotspot
