All the staff we came into contact with were excellent, however, Uddin Alamgir the concierge was a tremendous help. What an asset to the hotel.
Some of the Rooms are a little dated, however we had the opportunity to view one of the harbour view rooms on the higher floor which was considerably nicer. I know which rooms to ask for next time we stay
Besides the helicopters, great location. Bedrooms were fabulous, lovely location by the water and great service by the staff.

Some facilities like the spa need significant renovations and are extremely old and tired
The pillows were awful. Two pillows high and hard I used one but my head and neck were so high and uncomfortable all night. Reception had them replaced for the second night with soft feather type pillows. Also the room smelt of stale cigarettes and something else. Maybe alcohol. Or just stale. We kept patio doors open so it helped to eliminate the stale smell by the second night.
The room was clean but dated. The staff we met were lovely and helpful.
Better pillows or a choice or feather type soft pillows and not pillows that are so high and hard. Stale cigarettes smell in room or stale alcohol smell. Better choice of cereals for children for breakfast.
All is absolutely stunning. It is something very warm and family about this hotel.

1 bath towel for 2 people in a suite which was incredibly dated, chipped furnishings, only black out curtains no ‘actual’ curtains. Cheap cheap cheap will not stop by again.

The dining area was lovely. Staff very welcoming.
For the price I thought our room would have been more up to date. The furniture was chipped and stained also the carpet was very old fashioned. In need of some improvements.

It's a bit far out of London central, but with several buses nearby. Allow 1+ hours for this commute.

There was a terrible smell emanating from the carpet. They recently had a leak from the bathroom which caused the carpet to be soaked, they didn’t do a good job of letting it dry, my stay was horrible, couldn’t get a good night sleep due to the smell. The manager on duty even confirmed they had a recent issue there. The room should not have been let out to a guest. I have uploaded the area the leak affected. You can clearly see the water marks. I’ll like a refund please.
