Room service I received item that I didn't order due to confusing communication when placing my order over the phone. Was frustrating in the end.
I have stayed 2 months in this hotel over the past 12 months and I can recommend it highly. Great location, close to Uber Boat, all the rooms are big spacious suites will appointed and reasonably prices. Most importantly is the team. They are all exemplary. Zakia, Mohit, Najoat, Azmer running the front desk are all stars. Archie, Paulina and Josie take good care of the Gym, Spa and Pool. The pool is full size and a rarity in London. Dont hesitate to stay at this Property.

We were given the choice of where to sit and chose the terrace which was lovely and peaceful. The choice of tea was excellent and the food was amazing. The staff were also very kind - we would definitely recommend as a special treat!
Had a very peaceful and relaxing stay at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel. Service was excellent throughout the stay. The suite (720) was very spacious, though the décor could be considered a little dated. We had a good size balcony with a table and chairs, with stunning views over the marina and London skyline. The suite was well laid out, with an excellent bathroom featuring separate W/C, bath and walk-in shower, along with double vanities. Bed was huge and very comfy. Air conditioning was quiet and effective, despite the hot weather.
We had both lunch and breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant, The Anchor. Food and service at lunch was excellent, with our gluten free needs being well accommodated. Breakfast was good, being a little disappointing due to somewhat limited GF options. We didn’t sample the spa facilities so cannot comment on them.
Overall an excellent and very memorable stay.

I went for my birthday and Katia the trainee receptionist was the best. Kind and courteous. I'm very grateful to have stayed here, nothing is too difficult and they even left a beautiful birthday surprise in my room - the room was immaculate.
I stayed here in June 2026 for a leisure trip. The room was spacious, spotless, and featured a very comfortable bed. The front desk staff mr hadi went out of their way to help us with local directions, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the imperial wharf station. Great value for money—I will gladly return!"
