Unfortunately, there was very little to like about my stay due to the issues experienced. The hotel’s location was convenient, and the staff who initially spoke with me were polite. However, the room was extremely uncomfortable because the air conditioning was not working properly during a period of very high temperatures. Despite being promised a portable AC unit and a room move, neither was provided. My calls to reception were often unanswered, and the issue remained unresolved throughout my stay. As a result, my overall experience was disappointing.

The air conditioning in my room was not working properly during a period of extremely high temperatures, making the room very uncomfortable. I repeatedly contacted reception for assistance, but several calls went unanswered. I was promised a portable air conditioning unit, which was never provided, and I was also promised a room change that never happened. The balcony door was already open, but this did not improve the temperature in the room. What was most disappointing was that the issues were not resolved during my stay, despite assurances from staff. Overall, I did not receive the level of comfort or service that I expected.

I really appreciate my stay but the exerience with the beds and the air conditioning took away a lot

Great place and staff would def stay again ! Great value considering location
Pros:

The staff !!!! So friendly and accommodating! My room wasn't ready so had a lovely suite . It was huge !! And the balcony although very tired looking was very nice .
Food was fab !!!!!!!

Restaurant Manager and his staff work very hard over breakfast period, with constant smiles.

Cons:

We have stayed in a marina view suite 3 or 4 times. On arrival at reception I request a jug of fresh milk. Each time I am told by reception staff or reception manager I must pay £4 for the privilege and this is company policy!
Eventually I manage to get my jug of milk foc but this is always a battle. After the last debacle I wrote a letter of complaint to 3 separate verified e mail addresses to establish if this is in fact company policy, however, 10 days later I have received neither acknowledgement nor reply. Thank you Chelsea Harbour for making us feel valued repeat clients.

Cons:

I booked for 3 rooms for our family; only 1 of the rooms have good AC. On our first night, I slept not on our bedroom (too warm) but on the additional bed on our room’s seating area and my husband slept on the sofa - we need to open the sliding door to let in the air whilst we sleep. I informed the reception first thing In the morning and said they will send engineer, and gave us a fan instead of offering us a room with a functioning AC. My daughter’s room AC also had problem and good thing she was carrying her mini rechargeable fan with her due to London heat wave.

Was a good location for us as we had tickets to the Chelsea Flower Show. We paid for a suite so there was ample room for my friend and I to enjoy our stay. We enjoyed our separate living room for chatting and having a glass of wine, also if one of us slept a little later the other could have a separate area to be in whilst the other continued to sleep.
