Conrad Singapore Marina Bay

I had a one night stay at the Conrad Marina Bay. This was my first time in Singapore and the Conrad was a great location to check out the city for a 24 hour layover. Easy to get around with rideshare.

The place was bustling with activity for a weekend, but that didn't stop the staff from getting to know me. Thevan, working the lobby, deserves particular praise for his friendliness and efficiency.

Breakfast was at the Pool Lounge. Food was fresh and delicious. The afternoon tea spread in the Executive Lounge had a nice assortment of sweet and savory dishes as well.

I found the room to be very clean on arrival as well as the general grounds. The room was also spacious and made for a comfortable overnight stay. I'd definitely stay here again. I hope Thevan is still working when I do!

My friend and I had a great stay at the Conrad Marina Bay. Our room was nicely appointed and the entire hotel staff was generally very good.

Benjamin in the executive lounge was exceptionally attentive, courteous, and helpful. Everyone there was great, but he really stood out. We also appreciated the lounge's excellent refreshments for Diamond guests and the generous opening hours.

Also want to call out a few others - Jason at the front desk was able to combine my friend's reservation and mine so we wouldn't have to change rooms mid-stay.  Also, Fasle and Thevan from the concierge team were wonderful and helpful.

A couple of minor notes for improvement - as much as we liked the executive lounge space, it was also often very cold there - we had to consciously bundle up before going. The elevators were also quite slow during peak periods, and we tried two of the hotel restaurants but found the dining experience lacking, unfortunately. Aesthetically pleasing, but the food was below average.

Overall, the great service, the convenient location (right next to Suntec Mall and Millennia Walk) and the comfortable room makes this place worthwhile and would definitely return to on a future visit.

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Hwee Wen at the front desk for her exceptional kindness and hospitality, during my grabfood delivery to the hotel guest staying at the hotel.

When I needed to charge my power bank, Hwee Wen was more than willing to help. Thanks to her thoughtful assistance, I had enough battery to last until I reached home. It may have seemed like a small gesture, but it made a big difference to me and turned what could have been a stressful situation into a much more positive experience.

Hwee Wen's warmth, helpfulness, and genuine care truly reflect outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to help without hesitation, and her kindness really made my day. Please extend my sincere thanks and recognition to her—she is a wonderful representative of your hotel, and I hope she receives the appreciation she deserves.

Great hotel location right next to Suntek and Millenia walk shopping areas. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel is a block from the MRT Promenade Station exit B (both the blue line and the yellow circle line). Hotel staff are super friendly and the lifts are fairly quick!

Staff were amazing, esp Venessa in the foyer area. Room was really comfortable and I really enjoyed the bath. Breakfast was lavish.

My new favorite hotel! The staff is amazing! So friendly and helpful. The executive lounge is the best I have ever experienced. They offer a great breakfast, with made to order eggs/omelettes as well as asian offerings and a coffee bar. In the afternoon they have an amazing tea as well!

The rooms are on the bigger side. Loved having the couch with an area to sit. The bathroom is also very big and spacious. and quiet! We never heard anything. Loved the room being serviced twice a day too.

The location is great, walking distance to so much in the Marina Bay Area. There is an MRT station right by the hotel, making it accessible to everywhere. Lots of restaurants and malls all right there. I will definitely be staying here again if I visit Singapore again. AMAZING HOTEL!!

This hotel is in a class above the rest! Stay executive floors, they are close to the lounge and you feel pampered and cared for. The lounge has great options for breakfast and cocktail hour is worth the visit. 10 stars!

We liked how the Conrad Singapore Marina Bay helped celebrate our honeymoon by upgrading our room which was absolutely kind and wonderful for them to do. The room was so incredible. They also gave us a congratulations sign and chocolate. Thank you for making our honeymoon rememberable. We also liked how the hotel was close to Marina Bay, so we could walk to the water show or to the shops.

No regrets choosing to stay here. Everything from check-in to check-out went seamlessly. Staff are only too happy to assist in anything and to make you happy. Very professional front desk and concierge team. Great location - MRT 2 mins walk, Melennia Walk and Suntec shopping malls 5 mins. 7-eleven convenience store nearby, and the Suntec City convention center is directly across the road. Husband was in singapore to attend this conferrence. Hotel lobby is spacious and well maintained. Easy pick-up and drop-off areas for many taxis at the front door. Close to other local attractions like Esplanade, Raffles Hotel, Merlion Park, Lau Pa Sat. As Hilton Diamond members we were given access to the executive lounge and this lounge is beautiful, food is good. The suite we were in is spacious with huge windows and a large sofa. This hotel seems to attract mainly business clientele. Pool opens at SIX a.m until 10 p.m which is amazing!! Gym is 24-hours and it is a really nice gym, I enjoyed my daily 5am workouts there. Overall stay is pricey but not out of the ordinary ... you are paying for excellence and quality. I enjoyed my stay here and will likely choose to stay here again.

Only (small) negative comment is that breakfast at Oscar's gets very crowded and sometimes the wait to get a table can be long.

This is our second stay and it’s a comfortable one, an easy walking distance to Marina Bay. All rooms have a view and amenities were from Byredo. As sleek as the hotel is, there is room for improvement in its breakfast service at Oscar’s. There is always a line - and yet inside there is plenty of room. Get your own coffee, unless you’re okay waiting 30 minutes for one cup. Servers were a bit surly, but I suppose it’s because breakfast is a busy meal. The food was good. The executive lounge is great for wines and cocktail; food options were limited and not particularly tasty. But if you’re looking to sip wine while enjoying the view, then go for the lounge.
