Conrad Singapore Marina Bay

Location is central and which makes a huge difference.
Breakfast choices were limited compared last trip but in fairness that was 10 years ago.
Dinner was satisfactory when the right chef was on.
There were staff that were very helpful and that made the experience a more positive one.

The Conrad at Marina Bay in Singapore is an excellent hotel. The hotel is perfectly located in the Marina Bay area with a wonderful facility and even better staff. Staff in the Executive Lounge like Ismail and at the Concierge were particularly helpful. Yes, we are Hilton Honors customers, but this hotel stands out and reinforces our commitment to the Hilton brand.

Breakfast was great with a lot of variety.

We’ve just completed a 3 night stay at this wonderful hotel and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It’s a lovely property in a great location to explore the main hub of Singapore, particularly around the Marina. There are a multitude of eating options within close proximity of the hotel and shopping malls galore!

The hotel was busy when we were there which gave a good vibe generally but the busyness did cause some issues at breakfast in the main restaurant, Oscar’s. The staff desperately trying to cope with the volume of people - and to a large extent doing so. On the one occasion we visited it was a bit manic at times. Success for the hotel brings its own challenges!

Fortunately we had access to the executive lounge and taking breakfast there was an absolute delight. Indeed the lounge was also a superb experience for afternoon tea and evening canopies and cocktails. The quality and quantity of food exceptional and complemented by the executive team providing a level of service off the scale!

Our particular thanks to the delightful Axl who served us one morning and took time to give us information and advice about Singapore. Most helpful.

As you’d maybe expect of Conrad hotels the rooms are superbly presented and well maintained. The housekeeping staff are wonderfully efficient.

We only ate in the hotel one evening and we chose the Lobby Lounge and Bar on that occasion. Delightful setting and great food. Those serving were fantastic in their delivery of high quality and friendly customer service.

All in all, you cannot go too wrong in staying at this property as it delivers on all levels. If you can secure a room with executive lounge access don’t hesitate - it’s more than worth it!

I had such a relaxing staycation at Conrad Singapore Marina Bay. Special shoutout to Doreen from in-room- dining who greeted me with a smile & delivered delicious signature curry leave cookies to me. Made me feel so welcomed. 10/10 service!!! I LOVE THE BREAKFAST TOOO

The Conrad Marina Bay is a SUPERB 5-star hotel located close to the MRT (underground train station), bus stations and endless shops & restaurants in Suntec City that offers 5 tower blocks of shopping, including pharmacies, hair & nail services, supermarkets, etc. Shout out to Sky Khoo at the pool area who made feel so welcomed & comfortable from first day (1 Jun 2026) to the last (7 Jun 2026). Check- in and check-out was fast & problem free. There were multiple speedy elevators to take us to our room on the 23rd floor, that came with a large sofa, two super single beds + comfy cot for my teenager and extensive views of Marina Bay & surrounding areas. Storage space in the closet & drawers were ample, even for long term stays. The bathroom had a large vanity with TWO sinks & gave lots of space for toiletries & other personal products. The large shower room with a rain fixture and hand held wand provided pleasurable showers, with good water pressure and easy to use temperature controls. Air conditioning in the room was powerful & quiet, just what is needed in hot humid Singapore. Beddings & pillows were very comfortable. For digital nomads, plenty of well placed electrical & charging stations as well as a separate table made working from the room easy & seamless, especially with the strong & consistent wi-fi. I’m not sure if room service was 24hrs bec we never needed to order in due to endless eateries a very short walk away in Suntec City. Complimentary breakfast for the 3 of us was phenomenal; full service massive international buffet that is normally priced at S$50++ per person in a bright beautiful dining area with plenty of seating for everybody. It was a fantastic way to start our day each morning. Pool area, although nothing fancy, offered ample lounge chairs & sheltered cabanas and a great way to cool off after a long hot afternoon out. Even though we did not use a lot of the on-site amenities like the gym & executive lounge, they were well maintained, clean and of high standard.
NIGGLES : Light switches were tricky to figure out which switch triggered which light, one of the light lamps next to my bed was not working, there were no electrical outlet in the bathroom to plug in shaver, electric toothbrush, etc, small toilet paper rolls that ran out fast between the 3 of us and no microwave to warm up leftovers and/or prepare baby food (if needed), among other things.
INTOLERABLES : none!

OVERALL, the Conrad Singapore Marina Bay is a wonderful hotel that exceeds expectations and we cannot wait to stay here again!

Another fantastic holiday at this wonderful hotel - I have stayed here many times and would not go elsewhere when in Singapore! The location is perfect for getting around and there are so many good places to eat nearby. The rooms are super and the hotel facilities are top notch. The executive lounge was a great experience - I must thank ALL of the hard working staff who went out of their way to make the stay special. A call out to Jane, Benjamin and Aris but everyone was great. A shout out too for the ‘egg chef’ who was always super helpful and very quick! We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent location in the heart of Marina Bay with easy access to meetings, restaurants and transport. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were consistently professional, friendly and attentive throughout the stay. The executive lounge and breakfast offering were also excellent.

Room service and housekeeping were beyond expectations. Room was spotless.

Poolside and gym attendant, gentlemen named Sky, went out of his way to accomodate our needs. Provided services and food that were non standard and off menu. Great person.

We stayed for 5 night in May as a family (children aged 4 & 6months). Excellent service from start to end. Cot and sofa bed made up in room. Baby amenities in bathroom (baby soap, wipes and a bath duck!). The staff at breakfast were incredibly friendly and would set up our table with baby chair and booster seat without us having to ask. Concierge very helpful in guiding us with activities. Location was very central and easy to get around. Would recommend

The attitude of the staffs in this hotel, from arrival to reception to Executive Lounge, is excellent. I have to mention Jane in Executive Lounge. I love her energy and kindness. She always pay attention to guest’s needs. Kudos.

All facilities were well maintained. Staff was courteous.
