The building is old. A day had a yellow color water on bath after a heavy rain. Also the socket has some sound a while after turn off full lights.

Service was fantastic! Staff were friendly, welcoming and kind. Our bellboy Eran was exceptional! So helpful and courteous. Looking forward to returning again very soon!

This trip is a return trip to Conrad Marina Bay. It is one of our favorite hotels in Singapore because the service is so excellent and proximity to so many great places. Our kids like Porroro Park and Kiztopia located nearby.
The Executive Lounge is always a great experience. Especially Mark in the executive lounge made our experience with a young child so exceptional. I was delighted to find upon our return, that he remembered us and even asked about our child.
Truly exceptional service that makes every stay here a great memory.
Great breakfast, pool with a view, nice gym
The most incredible four-night stay at the Conrad Marina Bay.From the moment I arrived on Tuesday evening, the level of personal service was nothing short of spectacular.
I would like to highlight several individuals and teams who made our stay unforgettable:
Arrival & Recognition: Being greeted by name upon arrival by Mr. Khai was a wonderful touch. As a Diamond member, I truly appreciated the seamless welcome and the upgrade to the Executive Room.
The Executive Lounge Team: The service here was exceptional. It was impressive how the staff remembered our names and preferences in such a short time. My sincere thanks to Mark, Benjamin, Jane, Ghazia, Hafez, Abigail, Shinfang, Irfaan, and Bernice. You all took such wonderful care of us.
Culinary Excellence & Care: As a Celiac who requires Gluten-Free Vegetarian meals, I am often anxious about dining while traveling. Your chefs went above and beyond to ensure every meal was safe and delicious. I was particularly moved when the chef prepared a Gluten-Free Vegetarian sandwich for my flight, knowing that airlines often lack this specific combination. This level of foresight is rare and deeply appreciated.
Dining at Oscar’s: We enjoyed breakfast at Oscar’s for three days. The variety and quality of the Asian Vegetarian options were exceptional, and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed every meal.
Housekeeping: My thanks also go to the staff responsible for our room. The cleanliness and the effort put into the nightly turndown service did not go unnoticed.
The personal attention we received made this one of the best hotel experiences we have had. We are already looking forward to our next visit to the Conrad.

Outstanding design style. A sight like no other.
The location - close to the station, close to everything.
The property was great in a great location, though the facilities and the staff were hostile.
Stayed for 3 nights.
Our booking, did the booking from last year to the Marina Bay branch - put the deposit in 2025, then woll pay the rest closer to our trip as per the payment attached in booking.com, however, we were travelling from island to island in the Philippines for 5 days before the SG trip. Hence, the reception was really bad. We're flying and travelling a lot, so we're tight on our schedule. I went to booking.com to confirm the payment since we are flying to SG the next day, but it failed. I have tried to process it, but it's not going through. I have contacted the property, but there has been no response all day. So we did another booking at Conrad, and we are paying at the property, we are hineslt rushing as we need a place to stay.
The Staff, we arrived at SG roughly 6:00 PM. Hence, we tried to check in around 7:00 PM, and at the counter, we were assisted by the staff member named Yu Zhen. She asked for the booking reference, and I explained that I had made another booking. The day before, no one was responding, so I showed her the confirmation via the app. She said it's the Conrad Orchard branch. I asked how far Orchard is from Marina Bay. She answered in 45 minutes and said she is happy to call a cab for us.
And I have asked: it's far, and we are exhausted. Do you have any rooms available for us? She said no. I have asked 3 times, and her answer was no every time. SHE DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT HER COMPUTER TO CHECK OR EVEN PRETEND TO CHECK IF THERE WAS ANY.
So what I did was go to booking.com and booked through there, and voila, there's still a lot of room available!
Though Lee Eunbhin helped us check in, I cancelled the Orchard and mentioned I'm staying in Marina Bay. She even apologised on behalf of her colleague.
Proximity to downtown is excellent
