Pros:

The bed was very uncomfortable, and I had a terrible night’s sleep. The mattress was too hard, the pillows were not comfortable, and the bedsheets did not feel fresh. The bed quality was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. I woke up feeling tired and uncomfortable. The hotel should improve its bed quality, cleanliness, and overall sleeping comfort. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay.

Great, luxury hotel. The pool is excellent and the food great. Lovely staff.
Pros:

Elegant and richly finished. Great swimming pool and food excellent

Cons:

Very little. It is obviously not in brand new. Some elements do look slightly dated, but the property has been very well maintained. Our bath had clearly been refinished (and not fantastically well). Given people don’t use baths much in hotels, this didn’t really matter

Pros:

Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Setting us up with additional bedding for all kids. Was able to use hotel facilities after check out time due to our late flight. Will highly recommend.

Pleasant stay in an outstanding hotel.
Pros:

Everything was in perfect working condition. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Excellent art collection. Breakfast and drink services at the lounge.
