MRTのPromenade駅の出口からすぐのアクセスで、Marina Bay SandsやGardens by the Bayまでも徒歩圏内と観光を楽しむのに十分な立地。またSuntec CityやMillenia walk、Marina squareといった大型ショッピング施設が周りにあるため、基本足りないものは補充可能。シンガポールでは飲料の価格が高いため、Suntec Cityにあったドンキに助けられた。部屋はとても綺麗で、電源もベッドサイドのものはユニバーサルタイプだったため変換アダプタ不要で充電が出来た。プランに含まれていた朝食と夕食はいずれも1階にあるOscar’sでビュッフェだったが、特に夕食時のメインディッシュやデザートは大変美味しく満足。最終日はチェックアウト前に部屋でスーツケースを預け、観光してから受け取りが出来たので楽だった。

I had a wonderful stay at Conrad Marina Bay Singapore, thanks to the consistently warm and professional service across the Executive Lounge and various teams. Special appreciation to Hafiz, Benjamin and Mark, who were especially personable and made my visits memorable. The Executive Lounge team — Ashley_John, Sky, Kesh, Aiman, Axl, Xin_Fang, Gerald, Haikal, Ismail, Nurliza, Nicole and Sheinin — all delivered great hospitality.

From the spa and fitness area, Ghaz and Shawn were friendly and welcoming, while James_from_Oscar also provided excellent service.

The room was comfortable, the location convenient, and the food enjoyable. If anything, the breakfast could benefit from a bit more protein variety, as the spread leans carb‑heavy while catering to diverse dietary needs.

Overall, a highly recommended hotel for both travellers and staycations — consistently great service, comfort and experience.

Location, view and friendliness of staff

We have been coming to the Conrad for over 15 years, and the quality and service have been consistently top notch over the years, and our recent stay was no exception. From front desk to concierge to Executive Lounge staff, we were made to feel welcome with a friendly smile and excellent service. In my opinion, there is no better executive lounge in the world, and I would like to thank Nrisa, Mark, Ismail, Irfan, Nicole, Hakim and the rest of the staff for their friendly service and making us feel like special guests.

Excellent experience for my family's annual NDP staycation. Particularly happy to be assisted by Hwee Wen from the front desk office. We are a party of 12 and we're checked in efficiently by Hwee Wen through the chaos of odd sized luggage, wheel chair, amongst other bags to 4 different rooms. Had a small incident with a broken item, but the hotel handled it efficiently and responsibly.

We stayed here having to change from
a previously booked hotel ( no fault of hotel we were tired having flown into Singapore from the U.K. and we have to say the front desk staff were great . Big shout out to Ms Peggy Lit ( assistant front desk manager) who was fabulous, so professional and kind . We had returned for our wedding anniversary and despite the very short notice we arrived to a beautiful room with sweet treats and decorations to mark the occasion .

Our stay was due to the excellent performance of the great staff especially Concierge Mrs. Vanessa, Desiree, Mr. Khai, Cook Mr. Kent, the waiters Mrs. Pary, Mr. Yoga, Ganesh and Oscar Rezeptionist and waiters Mrs. Alina and Tweet outstanding.

Finally back at this hotel after 1.5 years since our last visit, back when it was still known as Conrad Centennial Singapore. Similar to our previous stay, we booked an Executive King Room.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Yu Zhen, who displayed great hospitality and professionalism throughout the check-in process. She also kindly accommodated my earlier request for a late checkout, which was greatly appreciated.

As our room was not quite ready, we were invited to relax at the Executive Lounge while housekeeping completed the preparations. Coincidentally, afternoon tea started at 2:30 PM, allowing us to enjoy some light refreshments before checking in. One of the highlights of the lounge is that complimentary free-flow wines are served from 2:30 PM right through to the end of the evening cocktail session, which is a wonderful perk for Executive Lounge guests.

We would also like to give a special shoutout to Iqa, Anthony, and the Lounge Manager (whose name we unfortunately didn't catch – she's a bespectacled lady whose name starts with "N"). They were exceptionally attentive and ensured that every guest felt well looked after.

The room itself was clean, comfortable, and of a decent size. We were fortunate to be assigned a room on the same floor as the Executive Lounge, with a lovely view overlooking Marina Bay. One enhancement we hope to see in future would be the addition of Chromecast or screen-casting functionality, as guests are currently limited to the available cable TV channels.

Evening cocktails are served from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. During our stay, one of the National Day Parade rehearsals was taking place, and parts of the Executive Lounge offered an excellent view of the fireworks, making for a memorable experience. However, the lounge was very busy, with some guests having to wait for tables. As drinks are served by the lounge staff, waiting times were noticeably longer during the peak period.

Having also stayed at Conrad Singapore Orchard, we personally preferred its Executive Lounge concept, where drinks are self-service, making the experience more seamless and efficient. We also found the food selection at Orchard to be superior in both variety and quality.

Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM on weekends. During our stay, Executive Lounge guests had the option of having breakfast in the lounge itself, which provided a quieter and more relaxed environment. There was a live egg station, three à la carte dishes available to order, and a decent buffet spread considering the limited lounge space.

Overall, while Conrad Singapore Marina Bay may not be our absolute favourite hotel in Singapore, it remains firmly within the top tier. The warm hospitality from the team, excellent Executive Lounge benefits, and comfortable stay continue to make it a hotel we enjoy returning to. We will certainly be back again—perhaps during a less busy period to enjoy an even more relaxed lounge experience.

This was a business trip the family joined on and they had an absolute blast! Every employee in this hotel exemplifies the upper class touch to your stay. After a long day, sitting by the pool with a light drink served by Sky and Akbar takes the stress away. These two gentlemen are incredibly talented and treat you with nothing but top notch service with a human touch! Thank you guys for an amazing stay!

Just spent 3 nights here with family including an older teen-ager. Very well maintained facility and professional staff. Paid extra for the higher level floor and executive level lounge and have no regrets about it. Always had space for us and the breakfast was well done with a chef always making some type of custom egg dishes every morning. And the staff in the lounge was always very personable and professional. They have a tea hour and evening cocktail hour. The "snacks" at the cocktail hour were served as "light bite" portions but were pretty substantial offerings yet varied from night to night.
Location was fine with good access to MRT blue and yellow lines. Also it was easy to get to the nearby Suntec mall which has a massive foodcourt. All of these are within 5-10 ,min walks which are underground (under cover) keeping you out of the rain or heat as Singapore seems to have the best air conditioning in large spaces I've ever experienced. In fact, I understand why the locals seem to be in pants and long sleeves more often than not.
The pool is about 25 meter length and opens early (around 6am) but they will close it when it rains due to the risk of lightening. The gym was not exceptionally big but had all the cardio equipment I needed and was all well maintained.
The check in/check out process always had a triage type person for line management and got us in and out quickly even at peak times.
There are some other comments about the Oscars restaurant and long lines for breakfast at times. I did see some lines as it is located near the 6 elevators but they never seemed excessive. Gold level and higher has the option to use the 4th floor breakfast area so look into your options before you book.
We debated staying here versus other Hilton properties but ultimately landed here after reading other reviews and feel we made the right choice.
