A cozy and welcoming stay with thoughtful details, kind staff, and a great atmosphere.
Pros:

The hotel pays great attention to detail. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches in the room, such as the charging adapters for European plugs. The room itself was cozy, comfortable, and had a really nice atmosphere.
The staff was also very kind and helpful. They even let me check in a little earlier since my room was already ready, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Best hotel we have stayed in and great value for money
Pros:

We have stayed in a lot of hotels worldwide and your hotel is the best on many levels, great room, great decor, very attentive and helpful staff, great location, everything spotlessly clean, we loved the entrance area and the free wine and snacks were unexpected and very much appreciated. Thank you.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like. As a suggestion, it would have been good to have soya milk and more vegan options for breakfast.

A wonderful 3 night stay in a fantastically located hotel!
Pros:

The staff were fantastic, the hotel was ultra modern and we enjoyed the complimentary afternoon desserts and evening snacks, sake and beer.

Hotel muy cómodo cerca de la estación
Pros:

Perfecta ubicación, habitación muy cómoda, sorprendidos con la de servicios que ofrecían. El desayuno también muy bueno y completo. El personal muy agradable y servicial. Totalmente recomendable.
