Excellent service, Great location, Tasty meal. We love the hotel!
Pros:

Very comfortable stay and I and my two kids (12 and 14yo) enjoyed there. Check in and out was easy. Room was clean. We loved the separate Bath and toilet was a bonus point. We got many mosquito bites during the activity (Fu-rin making) and during the breakfast. I know it's difficult to control but maybe you could do something in the future...

Activity was very enjoyable and was surprise!

Welcome afternoon deserts were very nice. We missed the Social Hour but it seems very cool. (It would have been nice if it opens until a bit later, tho!) The breakfast was outstanding. The breakfast time window was until 10:30 which was very nice! The service was excellent all the way.

Cons:

We got many mosquito bites during the activity (Fu-rin making) and during the breakfast. I know it's difficult to control since people are in and out all the time but maybe you could do something in the future...

Only thing we hope and missed was netflix😂 My kids won't understand Japanese well so it would have been great if we could watch something on TV (movies) in English. They read books so it wasn't the big deal but many foreigner will appreciate it if you have netflix etc.

Pros:

Quarto confortável, disponibilidade de vários amenities na recepção além de pijamas nos quartos. Nesse mês o hotel ainda oferecia oficina de arte para as crianças, além dos lanches gratuitos para todos os hóspedes à tarde, primeiro uma estação de sorvete self service e posteriormente, um cofre break bem oriental, com
Bebidas alcoólicas e não alcoólicas. Café da manhã reforçado porém com mais opções orientais que ocidentais, pode ser fechado na reserva ou posteriormente.

Café da manhã apesar de bem reforçado achei caro para o oferecido.

Le personnel est très à l'écoute et prêt à rendre service. Chambre très confortable avec une clim efficace ET très silencieuse. Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux....pour ceux qui aiment les petits déjeuners japonnais. Immersion gustative assurée :-)
La pause "dessert" et la pause "apéro", une très belle idée. Merci à toute l équipe de l hôtel.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à cet hôtel, bien situé, super petit déjeuner, bonne glace l'après midi, apéro le soir, c'était le top. Le personnel est très bienveillant, les chambres propres.
