Pros:

Great location near Kyoto train and bus central station made it easy to get around on public transport.
The free dessert/drinks station in the afternoon was nice for refreshment.
Laundry facilities are excellent
The rooms are spacious and comfortable
Staff were excellent...I became unwell overnight and they arranged an ambulance to the hospital at 3am...

Pros:

The hotel was amazing. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and enough pillows. The afternoon tea with matcha, ice cream and sweets was great. Sad I didnt manage to try the evening drinks.
There are face masks, lotions and bath salts near reception, as well as tooth brushes and other amenities.
The location is perfect. The station is 7 minutes away and Gion can be easily reached by bus
If I ever come to Kyoto again, I already know which hotel to book

Cons:

A couple of things might note
Firstly, the customers on lower floors might prefer to use the stairs for convenience and not to wait for the elevators. Please make the stairway more easily accessible
Secondly, breakfast may be overcrowded at times with some guests needing to wait a bit. Moreover, while the hotel boasts a shabu-shabu beef station, the food options may appear quite limited and similar throughout the week, especially the dessert section. Nevertheless, the food was always fresh and tasty, so I enjoyed having breakfast.

Very good. Free afternoon snacks and free flow sake and snacks at night is wonderful. Place for children to do some art. Laundrette was good (400 yen) and you can monitor availability from tv which is awesome. It has everything a modern traveller will enjoy and none of thing that a modern traveller doesnt need (gym, closed wardrobe)

Pros:

The staff is extremely helpful and professional when I reached out for assistance. The bed is very comfortable and the cleaning selection is smart.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. Only thing is if it rains, there’s no sheltered walk from the station to the hotel as the hotel is still few minutes away from the nearest underground path exit.

Pros:

Mi sono trovata molto bene.
Camera pulita, staff gentile, colazione sia locale che occidentale ottima. Vicino alla reception si trova tutto ciò che serve per la skin care, spazzolini , creme... piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza.
Consiglio anche per la posizione.
