Important information:

There is parking available at the car park underneath the hotel. To self-park, enter the car park from the left-hand side of the hotel driveway, from Binara Street. For valet parking, enter the hotel driveway from Binara Street and our Concierge team will assist you.

Self-parking is $35 per day.. Please note that parking is subject to availability and cannot be reserved in advance. Please note that the parking height limit is 6.2 feet. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate oversize vehicles. Two Tesla electric car charging ports are available for guest use in the Crowne Plaza Canberra car park.

Please note that there is a 1.9% charge when you pay with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card and a 3% charge when you pay with a Diners Club or JCB credit card.

Very good stay for what we required.
Pros:

Our stay was pleasant. The staff were lovely. The food was very good, although plainer fare on the dinner menu would have been nice.

Overall everything was good
Pros:

Everything was fantastic

Cons:

The noise from neighbour shower at 12 am sound like a mixer was on next to my year, it wake us up.
Also i last my babies drink bottle, left at the reciption whrn booking couldnt get it back, there was no lost property.

For a five star hotel I have expected much more.
Pros:

Location is really good

Cons:

Bathrooms are very old. Room is too small and very old looking. Very dated .. The picture on the wall was one of the ugliest paintings I have seen in my life.

Pros:

size of room and location

Cons:

Could not get television to work properly, staff tried to fix but could not fix on weekend. When we arrived the car park lift was broken. When we called reception did not offer to send porter to help. Ancient boomers had to drag bags up ramp.

Nothing flash.
Pros:

It's a fairly central location close to the convention centre. It is a short10 min walk to the shopping area.

Cons:

It is an old hotel and tired. It's been patched up but is fairly clean. The gym is small and old, as is the pool. The buffet was pretty average for $40 and not really worth it.
Personally I think the hotel is overpriced and you can get much better places for the price nearby.

Underwhelming. Not what you expect from a Crowne hotel
Pros:

Buffet breakfast was good and place was clean

Cons:

The whole place was tired. Bathroom was below expectations with shower over a bath, no handheld shower and a shower curtain. Blinds made a racket when using the hand crank. Casino was tiny. Food options were limited
