Important information:

There is parking available at the car park underneath the hotel. To self-park, enter the car park from the left-hand side of the hotel driveway, from Binara Street. For valet parking, enter the hotel driveway from Binara Street and our Concierge team will assist you.

Self-parking is $35 per day.. Please note that parking is subject to availability and cannot be reserved in advance. Please note that the parking height limit is 6.2 feet. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate oversize vehicles. Two Tesla electric car charging ports are available for guest use in the Crowne Plaza Canberra car park.

Please note that there is a 1.9% charge when you pay with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card and a 3% charge when you pay with a Diners Club or JCB credit card.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff and location.
Pros:

Staff were very polite and helpful. Room was spotless. Location was excellent. 11kWh EV chargers available and very convenient. Buffet breakfast was great.

Cons:

Dinner menu seemed limited and food was not amazing depite expensive prices. Would reccoment dining elsewhere. Double beds felt small for a family of 4.

It’s a poor three stars hotel, not what we are used to with a Crown Plaza

Pros:

Great view & location. The staff at breakfast were fabulous.

Cons:

Bathroom shower awkward as it was in a bath.
The mattresses were too hot & the bedding wasn’t flexible, e.g only a heavy dooner, a sheet as an alternative to a dooner cover would be more practical.

Great hotel - would stay again
Pros:

Buffet breakfast was amazing!
The staff were so lovely.
Room was for an overnighter and loved it was close to so much.
Nice view from room.

Cons:

The heater in our room was not very good. We were rugged up to go to bed as the room was cold. The heater said 26C however, I do not believe it was accurate.

The hotel is amazing, location, parking, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great 😊
Pros:

We liked the location and the breakfast was amazing (it was included in our rate). The price was great too.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like is that we couldn’t connect Netflix or anything else via the cast screen feature even though it worked in other places it wouldn’t work in our room.
