There is parking available at the car park underneath the hotel. To self-park, enter the car park from the left-hand side of the hotel driveway, from Binara Street. For valet parking, enter the hotel driveway from Binara Street and our Concierge team will assist you.
Self-parking is $35 per day.. Please note that parking is subject to availability and cannot be reserved in advance. Please note that the parking height limit is 1.9 metres. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. Two Tesla electric car charging ports are available for guest use in the Crowne Plaza Canberra car park.
Please note that there is a 1.9% charge when you pay with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card and a 3% charge when you pay with a Diners Club or JCB credit card.

Excellent Location. Good breakfast
No room in the bathroom for our toiletries. We had an accessible room with a shower. Water ran to a drain on the other side of the room leaving the floor wet and slippery.
Great location, wonderful staff
In this day and age I don’t expect a so called good hotel to have a shower over a bath. Outdated, dangerous and poor accessibility.
Good location and ambience, the staff are very welcoming. the check-in and check-out process is very easy.
Someone visiting for 1 night would expect certain facilities, no toiletries, no microwave, no tissues or paper towels

We loved the room, the location and the breakfast
The front staff member when checking in was very rude and not accommodating at all. I was required to put my card details into booking.com to make the booking and that payment will be charged when we checked in, however, I was not the first person to arrive and they said they have no details on file and a card is needed. He also said that the room we booked was for Max 3 people, however, I specifically called and booked for 4 when providing the names of all 4 guests. He accused us of being deceptive. Very rude.
