All went well
Location and view were great
Breakfast wasn't great value and parking at $50 per night after paying over $600 per night for the room was an over
kill
Location
Location was great!
We asked for our air conditioning to be fixed as it rattled all night and no one came to fix it. So we ended up not having an air conditioner / heater.
Bathrooms are outdated. The shower curtain was horrible.
Everything was amazing and staff were outstanding
We have stayed several times our favourite thing would be the location. So close to everything and we love starting our day with a walk around the lake. The beds are comfortable and clean.
I don’t like that the bathroom has a step in shower over a bath, with a shower curtain.
The location
Not kids friendly
It was good although they had a gluten free station but no spreads im ceoliac so couldn't use the spreads every one else had
The restrooms at 10am in foyer at breakfast time were disgusting. They obviously weren't cleaned from night before put ne right off eating breakfast there such a shame as rest of hotel was lovely.
The location was good.
The smaller are to small
Superb location. The room was great with a stunning view of the mountain.
The spa was out of order
Location and cleaneness
Everything was good
Very comfy beds. Warm. Tea and coffee making facilities. TV.
Close to town extremely friendly and helpful staff
Paid extra for Alpine view which wasn’t worth it as we overlooked the street and the law office. The mountains were way off
Friendly staff, handy to everything
Would probably preferred only one bed to get more space
It was very close to town centre
The fact we were in a wheelchair bathroom, room with no bench/ vanity in the bathroom to put stuff and water went everywhere when showering
Great location in the thick of town by the lake
Very dated - my room smelt musky & had old school popcorn ceiling. The bath had dirt marks on it and no firm pillow - seriously in need of a refresh!
Location was incredible, room was spacious and clean
A bit outdated
