Excellent location, extremely helpful staff and good servoces.
Pros:

The staff ere excellent. Particular mention to Vinesh (Customer Service Manger) who went above and beyond, providing exceptional service to both my wife and I. Also to Joshua who was friendly, helpful and proactive in his service.

Cons:

We would suggest that there is a specific question on the booking process whereby a walk-in shower can be requested for older guests. The air conditioner was a little tired and could be updated.

Disappointed that our original room and the passage stank that badly if smoke.

I feel care factor is poor. It took some negotiation to get a room that was not vulgar with smell of sigaret smoke, even after they sprayed to camouflage smell. Even the passage to room 170 stank. All good after the relocation to 170.

Our stay was very comfortable and the location made it very convenient for us and the kids!

Cons:

I was charged for things I did not have from the room. I figured someone used my room number and name (when given to go for the breakfast)They did not charge me on check out but it was not a nice experience and it was not clarified.
