Had a great and comfortable stay despite the minor hiccup
Pros:

The Staff were very friendly and helpful. If there is something that was difficult to handle, they wouldnt just give up. The staff would find a way and really try to help me until it gets sorted out.

Cons:

The bathroom and the location of the room. We were facing the trees on the back of the building, not much actually to see. What was advertised on the booking was not really the actual experience. Moreover, the bathroom door had no lock.

Great comfortable location in the heart of Queenstown
Pros:

Our initial room was small and noisy, but we were able to upgrade to a room with a view of the lake and it was very nice. Beds were great, linens great, Location wonderful, housekeeping great, front staff and concierge were fabulous

Cons:

difficulty with air conditioning, plumbing, carpet in hallways needs to be replaced or stretched. overall, updating needed. Deck needed chairs for better utility

The hotel wasn’t valid for money. It was expensive and the rooms are in desperate need of renovation. The bathrooms are old, tarnished and outdated, with no proper shower.

Perfect location and had all that we needed for our stay. Staff were great.
Pros:

Location. Buffett breakfast. Scenery. Ski equipment storage and drying room. Staff were lovely.

Cons:

Parking cost. Was a bit run down could do with a refurb of the rooms.

Amazing location and friendly staff. Beds were very comfy

Cons:

Showers were a bit dated and there wasn’t a jacuzzi even though it was listed as having one which was disappointing as it was part of the reason we booked it

We very much enjoyed our stay
Pros:

The room was great. We had a lovely view from the balcony of town, the lake and skyline. The location was amazing!

Cons:

The walls are thin and we could hear everything the people next door were saying (until 5.30am most mornings!) I thought maybe some stools or a bench seat on the balcony would have been good too as it was lovely out there in the afternoon sun

Best location in Queenstown. Quiet comfortable rooms and a great breakfast.
Pros:

It is in a perfect position in the stunning Queenstown. An easy walk to so many restaurants and activities. Despite this it is quiet and very close to Queenstown Gardens which is a beautiful park with a lovely walk with views across the lake and to the town.
