Not pleasant, will not be staying here again
Pros:

Somewhat large and had 3 beds big enough for a family of 4. Bottles of water were replenished daily and cleaning service was ok but you have to tell the staff how often you want your room cleaned

Cons:

The entry way was cramped and dark. Toilet was small and cramped, blanket was very thin, the surfaces were very dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned for a while, in general just did not feel comfortable and couldn’t sleep well. The room just felt old and dirty to me. My friend saw hairs on her bed on the day of check in and had to request to change room. The towels were very rough. Reception was short staffed , a long wait for check in and couldn’t communicate well in English

納得のいく宿泊
Pros:

大宮という埼玉の都心にありながら、駅に近く、部屋もオシャレで最上階には大浴場を完備していて、普通のビジネスホテルに比べて金額も高くないため、ホテル泊まりを楽しみたい人や贅沢をしたい人にはとてもオススメ。
