لن اكرر زيارتي مرة اخرى
Pros:

النظافة الموقع الى حد ما

Cons:

اخذ تامين 400 لمدة ليلتين وهذا مبلغ كبير جدا اضافة إلى عدم المصداقية في الكلام في مدة استرجاع التامين عن طريق البطاقة تأخير كبير في إجراءات الدخول امر متعب جدا

اعجبني كثير نظافته جدا نظيف وموقعه مميز جدا والغرف نظيفه جدا والهدؤ فيه ممتاز بحكم ان نومي صعب والمرافق والخدمات جدا رائعه

تلفون الغرف اغلب الوقت معطل وموظفي الاستقبال ممتازين لاكن ينقصهم الخبره الممتازه هم جيدين جدا لاكن في نوع من البطئ البسيط لديهم موظفه من اليمن جدا جدا ممتازه أثنى عليها كثير

Pros:

Camere belle e spaziose, la posizione è comoda centrale ci si può muovere a piedi senza problemi, camere ben insonorizzate, la pulizia ottima le camere vengono pulite tutti i giorni.
La piscina è bella e anche la zona palestra molto grande.
Colazione ottima e molto varia

Cons:

Se ci si deve muovere in auto la sera bisogna considerare il traffico in quella zona è difficile ma questo non dipende dall'hotel.
La pulizia dei materassini in piscina potrebbe migliorare ma danno un asciugamano per coprirli.

Bon rapport qualité prix à Bukit Bintang
Pros:

Hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité prix.
La piscine est agréable et l’hôtel calme bien que la ville soit très animée.
Dépose minute voiture facile devant l’hôtel et possible d’accéder à pieds à Bukit Bintang.

Cons:

Le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre ce qui rendait compliquée la communication pour certains services.
Les chambres donnent sur le chantier d’un immeuble plus que sur la ville en elle même.

An excellent hotel in a great location, with exceptional and attentive staff.
Pros:

We have stayed in the hotel 5 times. The location is excellent and the rooms were well set out. The breakfast bar is exceptional and the staff brilliant.

Cons:

We always had the room facing the road. The staff had to show us three rooms before we settled on 1401. The other rooms felt claustrophobic due to the configuration. When we stayed there we always had a room with the bed giving a view of the road istead of view from the bathroom.

Pros:

The location was excellent, close to many shopping malls, food courts, restaurants and metro station. The comfort and cleanliness of the room was excellent too.

Cons:

The ventilation of the bathrooms in 2 out of 3 rooms we booked wasn't working well. There was a distinct stench everytime we return to the rooms. During our stay, 1 lift broke down thus the wait during peak hour took a while. We had to use the stairs to get to level 6 to use the lift of Pan Pacific Hotel.

Pros:

第二次入住，早餐一极棒，酒店员工还是一样有礼，素质很高

Cons:

这次安排的房间不满意，卫生间容易积水，排水不佳，隔音比较差，可能这次入住的楼层住客比较多
