It is a pleasant stay nonetheless.
Pros:

Location is great! Ekin even helped us get an early checkin which was super nice!

Cons:

The spring mattress is not that comfortable, the shower drain was clogged up and flooded the floor but it was resolved/serviced promptly.

Perfect location in Bukit Bintang
Pros:

Great location, quick walk from bukit Bintang station. Good gym. Beautiful pool. Comfortable rooms with filtered drinking water.

Bel hôtel agréable, bien placé mais un peu cher

Excellent emplacement central
Buffet petit déjeuner bien garni

Cons:

Chambre communicante
Personnel du petit déjeuner très serviable mais un peu étourdi, nos commandes ont été oubliées plusieurs fois.
Prix de la chambre trop cher par rapport aux prestations et au niveau de vie local

A great hotel, right in the middle of Bukit Bintang city area.
Pros:

The room was well setup, with an excellent ensuite and shower. The room was quiet with good beds. The hotel has excellent facilities, with a fantastic breakfast selection, with just about every food line you could want, and there are lots of staff on hand to assist. The hotel is close to both Monorail and MRT stations, and the Bukit Bintang shopping areas.

Cons:

The room air conditioner was difficult to control, with no instructions, and it goes off when the card is removed, so the room heats up when not in use. As with most hotels, the bedding is doonas, which are really unsuitable in tropical climates, and they should be lighter types.

Super hôtel avec localisation centrale
Pros:

Localisation idéale : à 4 min à pied de l’avenue principale de Bukit Bintang, à 9min à pied de the exchange TRX
Chambre très propre (un peu petite mais pas gênant pour nous)
Literie très confortable
Salle de sport impeccable avec tout le nécessaire pour cardio et muscu, il y a même un espace « yoga »
