Service level is disappointing and over booked hotel.

Cons:

Despite prior confirmation on my arrival time and the availability of the suite, was told that the family suite that I had booked was not available when I reached 2 hours later than my initial check in time due to the travel delay. The staff informed that they have limited family suite, and they can’t do anything about it. they can’t do any refund and can only give us a room at the service apartment (property beside the hotel that I had booked) or a single room suite which means not enough beds for my family.

Pros:

The hotel was lovely, awesome location, extremely comfy beds, beautiful pool area to escape the heat. 10 min walk to the walking night market. Great value for money.

It would’ve been a much better stay if I was able to use the swimming pool. Please be upfront next time when the pool is

Great location and nice staff

Cons:

I was so excited to use the swimming pool. It is in all the pictures. I was not informed at the time I made my booking or when I checked in that the pool was closed. I showed up with my swimsuit robe and a book only to find yellow caution tape all around it.

I was told to go next-door to the pool on the 25th floor. I tried for about a half an hour in my robe and shorts but my key card wouldn’t work.

I finally gave up discouraged and embarrassed, and went back to my room.

There was a foul smell in the toilet at night and early morning but it cleared up later in the day. Was going yo ask for a change of room but decided to leave it as the smell wasn’t so bad the next day
