Great staff and location, room itself quite average
Pros:

Location, friendly staff

Cons:

Loud outside noise, room doors extremely heavy and slam loudly, room aircon vent very dusty and dirty, stains all over carpet and in bathroom, room quite small, taps moving and general maintenance seems to be lacking for what the hotel advertises.

Pros:

Hotel is very near to major shopping malls. Breakfast spread is superb. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

when we want to check in we been approach by one malay lady she say she will call once the room ready but we waited for 2hrs ,she pretend dont see us at the lobby sofa . so we approach one malay guy is their manager so he the one that manage our check in process.

Pros:

The location and the staff and the room

Cons:

The breakfast experience was disappointing. There were very limited choices, and the dining area was extremely crowded. We had to wait in line just to get a table and again to be served. This is the first time I have ever had to queue for breakfast at a hotel.

It seemed that the hotel accepted more guests for breakfast than the available space could comfortably accommodate. For a large five-star hotel, I would expect better organization and sufficient seating capacity.

In addition, the breakfast selection was quite limited and consisted mainly of local dishes. There were very few international options available. Overall, the breakfast did not meet the standards I would expect from a five-star hotel.

It’s centrally located. Room clean and cosy. Big bathroom. Quick response to our requests.

Cons:

Paid parking. EV charging available but byoc. Toilet flushing button blocked by toilet bowl cover.

Good short stay
Pros:

Location is good. Breakfast buffet is wonderful.

Some of the room items not in good condition. The noise from the corridor can be heard easily when we are in the room.
