Dream holidays
Pros:

This was the ultimate luxury vacation on the unbelievable beautiful island of Bora Bora, and everything was in line. Perfect stay.

Cons:

No problems of any kind. Lets say they can put fresg batteries in the AC remote.

Pros:

Un paradiso terrestre. Esperienza del bungalow overwater stupenda, siamo capitati in uno di quelli alla fine del pontile con vista mozzafiato sulla laguna e sulla montagna. Colazione incredibile, personale super gentile e sempre sorridente. Una perfetta location per la nostra luna di miele!

An absolutely exceptional hotel with outstanding service, beautiful rooms, and a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay perfect. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and I would gladly return again.

Świetny hotel, szczególnie dla rodzin z dziećmi
Pros:

Jesteśmy pod ogromnym wrażeniem zaangażowania personelu w nasz przyjazd. Podróżowaliśmy z niespełna 2 letnim dzieckiem i specjalnie na nasz przyjazd hotel zamontował bramkę do zejścia do wody w bungalowie na wodzie, żeby dziecko było bezpieczne! To przerosło nasze oczekiwania! Czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani przez cały nasz pobyt. Widzieliśmy, że dzieci są mile widziane w hotelu, co nie zdarza się często w resortach. Tak nam się tutaj spodobało, że przedłużyliśmy rezerwację kosztem straconego noclegu w innym hotelu.

Pros:

The resort is absolutely beautiful, the staff are extremely friendly and even wave you off from the dock as you leave. Plenty of food options, an abundance of activities and the best views and water on the island. There is a beach opposite the hotel and a little shop down the road to grab snacks or souvenirs!

bardzo ładny, czysty i dobrze utrzymany resort, sympatyczny i pomocny personel, gotowy spełniać różne prośby i oczekiwania klientów, otwartość na potrzeby gości i troska o ich zadowolenie - dostaliśmy nawet w urodzinowym gratisie podwyższenie kategorii pokoju. W pełni warto polecić!

Hôtel d'exception dans un lieu d'exception à l'endroit où le lagon peu profond et le sable blanc rejoint la côte

Pros:

Nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux dans cet établissement en bungalow sur plage. Le logement était très bien équipé, pour avoir testé la chambre sur pilotis nous avons préféré celui ci qui donne directement sur la plage avec transats privatisés sur la plage.
L’établissement est très beau, le personnel aux petits soins.
