Great location. Clean facilities. Nice breakfast.
Pros:

Location amazing. Perfect for walking Circular Quay for Vivid

Cons:

We were seated at the bar for a drink before going to bed. Bar staff gave no notice that bar was about to close. They just shut the bar doors. Perhaps they could have called for last drinks, then closed the bar? Only 2 groups sitting in bar area, so not busy.

Great convenient location within walking distance to all the attractions
Pros:

Sheets where nice and clean, bed was comfortable and the location was brilliant

Cons:

The layer of dust around the entire edge of the room. Cleaner never takes the nozzle off the vacuum to do the edges, looks disgusting.

Good stay before a cruise trip
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and location before our cruise was great

Cons:

Drinks need to be colder during happy hour and if they were we would have bought more,
We had a crew of 20 staying at the hotel

The room was located at back of hotel, smell of garbage and the 3.30am sound of the garbage truck was not good

Dissappointing, unmaintained facilities
Cons:

The facilities were very old and seem like it was not maintained well. I chose the harbour/opera view but it didnt give justice at all together with their uncleaned windows. The shower pressure wasnt great as well, can seem to balance the hot and cold and the waterflow was very weak.

Proximity , Harry bar staff was excellent ! Friendly and hospitable

The spa on deck was poor ! Jets broken ..Then d ck shower had no hot water !!
