Breakfast food was good.
The location is perfect.

Cons:

Our room was not so clean, a smell of moldy things was there. The bath tub wasn't cleaned with bleach as there were black spotty colours around it. No tooth brush where we need to go down stairs to ask the reception because the phone in our room wasn't even working, no water complement and fridge was empty as we are used in most of our accomodations during our travels. There were no bath robes and slippers. I'm sorry to say these things but I hope it could help to impove the hotel for our next Sydney visit. Thanks

Super Lage
Pros:

Die Aussicht. Wir konnten direkt auf die Oper von Sydney schauen. Das Zimmer war großzügig. Die Lage in the rocks ist klasse

Cons:

Wir haben einmal im Hotel gefrühstückt. Es war ok. Aber für den Preis war die Auswahl nicht so besonders.

Location perfect but rate nearly doubled due to cruise ship arrival
Pros:

Inconsistent...Runny scrambled eggs, rubbery bacon, hot food running out creating a waiting queue.
ALL chairs had dust on all rails...not cleaned in weeks???
Staff were kept busy but kitchen could not keep up.
With a ship in where we're the extra staff???Very poor management.

Cons:

Happy hour states "Beer, wine soft $8.00" but when you order youarechargednormal prices as not all drinks are available at Happy Hour Prices, but are not told till after you are served. Girl behind bar kept brushing her hair while adding garnishes to drinks. This so bad and is a health violation.
