Exceptional S ervice
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive.
Also the happy hour oysters in Abode bistro are definitely worth having, so fresh and tasty and pairs well with a glass of sparkling or two.

Great price, staff and cleanliness excellent
Pros:

Location and cleanliness were excellent.

Cons:

No actual in house bar or dining. You have to go next door and not many seem to go there, looks a little sterile, which the main hotel isn’t.

So close to CBD & very comfy room to return to after a day of sightseeing.
Pros:

Exceptionally close to Sydney CBD, the QVB, Darling Harbour, light rail, trains etc.
So many restaurants and shops nearby.
Room was very large and door led to massive, multi storied atrium where you could see the breakfast dining area and reception below. Bed was comfortable. Had buffet breakfast included in our price and this was excellent in terms of selection and quality of food. We are early risers so didn’t have to wait to be seated. Tip: get to breakfast before 7.30am or you may need to wait in a long line (as we always saw queues when we left the restaurant after our breakfast).
Would stay here again.

Pros:

The hotel is very convenient to the trains from the Airport (Town Hall station) and to the International Convention Centre. The included buffet breakfast was a great way to start each day; we didn’t need to worry about leaving the convention to get lunch. The staff were very helpful in organising shipment to return the costume I accidentally left in the room.
