The staff so friendly
Had to write a review for this hotel, as we loved it so much we didn’t want to leave. The staff, the room, how ideal the hotel was placed for all we wanted to do, was excellent. On checking in we had by mistake booked a double room but needed a twin room this was no issue at all changed immediately, nothing was too much trouble. The housekeepers were all so friendly and warm always went out of their way to speak/ say hello. And the City of Sydney well we fell in love with it. And are now planning our return (we’ve only been back home 5 days) what an amazing place. Thank you for welcoming us to your great City and we will certainly be back soon.
Staff were very friendly, facilities were clean and accessible, bed was comfortable, room is very spacious, great walking distance from darling harbour and public transport options.
Staff surprised us with a bottle of wine and a sweet card to help celebrate our engagement! Great touch that helped amplify our experience and stay!

The room was much larger than I expected. The location is quite close to the train, buses, and light rail, so getting around was convenient, and the proximity to Darling Harbour and Chinatown offered a selection of activities and cuisines for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was really good.
The guy at the omelette station was pretty unfriendly

Just the shower style
From the moment we checked in until the day we left, the entire experience was exceptional. We honestly couldn’t fault a thing. A special thank you to Michelle, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were celebrating our babymoon, and she was so thoughtful and accommodating, even arranging a lovely gift that both my husband and I could enjoy together. It was such a kind gesture that made us feel truly valued.
The buffet breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There was an incredible variety of delicious options to choose from each morning, catering to all tastes. Everything was fresh and well presented, and we never left feeling hungry.
Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality and for making our babymoon so special. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.
