Pros:

Location great. Breakfast was nice. Staff that spoke with us where friendly.

Cons:

No extra blanket available for an extremely cold night.
Air-conditioning was at a set temp.
Fridge could not open fully due to night stand.
At check out I stood there for a few minutes. Both staff were on phone, no acknowledgement, eventhough they both looked at me while talking on the phone. Concierge was dealing with a disgruntled customer so I just put keys in express box and left.

The staff at the entryway were very friendly.

Cons:

Room was very noisy, you can hear the people in the next room and hallway. Took over a month to clear my room deposit when I left the room extremely clean.

Good location, friendly staff.

Cons:

Very weak housekeeping, floor wasn’t vacuumed for 7 days, bed sheets weren’t properly made up.
Breakfast was average with not much variety.
