Seamless comfy stay
Pros:

Up front this is not luxury, like if the hotel waited another 5 to 10 years, it would be considered vintage retro as its from the 80s. BUT the young staff are amazing (needed their help on a few things), the property is maintained as well as it could be for its age. I almost fell in love with the yellow tiled bathroom at the end of my stay! True to IHG form, the beds are great and good range of pillows. Tapware is quality, all immaculately clean, restaurant and room service food wasnt half bad. And can always rely upon comfy robes from IHG crowne plaza, teapot, good teas, and a quality working desk. Plus it was in a quiet location in east perth. And no loud aircon noise which i rely upon in IHG hotels. It does get families through but dont let that stop you staying for business as its affordable. The gym was good, treadmill standard to IHG and pool is perfect for lap swimming (if it was summer as its unheated so nogo in winter). So im a convert as a IHG member. Other colleagues paid way more around perth for far less.

A perfect stay. Great bed, great view, quiet, feather pillows, nice food and people.
Pros:

The entire stay was perfect. Loved the bed and room. Quiet. Feather pillows. Centrally located. Great staff and good restaurant below.

A great Mid-Priced Option
Pros:

Very Friendly Staff!
Room was ready early for us (as requested), which was VERY much appreciated as we had a red eye Flight in.
Excellent Cooked Breakfasts, good Espresso Coffee Machine.
Room very clean.
Good location - we walked to Optus Stadium and back.
Rooms will need a 2026 Refurbishment in due course as a little dated, but still nice!

Lovely and spacious room, excellent room service, and an overall wonderful stay.
Pros:

I absolutely loved this hotel from the moment I walked in. The whole property was lovely, from the lobby right through to the hotel room. Everything was very clean, modern. The staff were also lively and welcoming, which made the stay even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
