Nice property for a short stay in Perth
Pros:

Nicely located property, had three beds which was what we needed for our family. Rooms were tidy, and staff were lovely.

Fire alarm going off, had to wake 2 sleeping children under 5, but it was a false alarm due to someone smoking in their room. So that was both annoying and frustrating as the alarm was going off

This is well below the standard that I would have expected from a IHG facility
Cons:

The room had two double beds, when I only needed one bed. The room was adjacent to a large ai-conditioning duct. There was a large drilling noise at about 5am in the morning. The bathroom facilities look like they haven't been updated since the 1980s.

Perth is a lovely city and our stay was action pack and very enjoyable.
Pros:

Our room was close to the elevators and the pool. The food was excellent, and the location couldn't have been better, as it was very central to everything, and the park and river views were beautiful.

Cons:

Unfortunately for us, our room was next to the gym, so every morning and early evening, we could hear the weight machines banging while we were in our room, which often woke us up earlier than we would have liked. One other thing: the coffee machine in our room didn't work; however, I'm sure if we had told the staff, they would have fixed that issue straight away.
