On the whole it was an enjoyable stay and I would stay again
Pros:

Room and bed was comfortable, staff were friendly and it was walking distance to various things like Finians Irish Pub

Cons:

Room service did not listen to my request about delivering food at 6.30, delivered at 5.30 when I was not in room so when I returned food was cold, did not eat some of it.

Parking is quite expensive per day, but would still prefer to pay for onsite for convenience

Pillows were very flat

Bath tub in the room, room service was quick, room was clean

Cons:

The restaurant for breakfast was a rip off, being pushed to get the "buffet" for $27pp which had NO hot food in it - the had to pay extra if we wanted hot food, we ordered Al Le cart and the eggs were from a bag and runny and almost cold, next to nothing on the plates and coffee and hot chocolates were horrible the kids didn't even drink them they were that strong and barely any milk in them... sorry hotel itself was good bar was good - breakfast horrible and rip off. Paid less for WAY better

Very enjoyable & relaxing.
Pros:

Room type - balcony. Nice and clean. Great location. Bar for a drink of the evening.

Cons:

We found the breakfast buffet very underwhelming. Food wasn't replenished at 8.30am. Hot water for tea - would prefer it in an urn. Bacon very tough & cold.
Lounge very uncomfortable.

Everything we expected for the price we paid.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Breakfast had a good selection of cooked and help yourself food that we always left full. Car park was very convient, and the location made things very easy.

Cons:

The corridors were very cold, especially after leaving a nice temperature room.

Would choose better the next time
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Noisy during the night and morning with people moving around. The rate for each night is not worth the stay. I have stayed at other IHG hotels around the world and its not like this. Paying for parking at a hotel is totally crap. Had to park on street. Would not be returning as I have stayed in other hotels in Perth and its much better and affordable
