Being able to have our family of 5 in one room was really helpful
Location was good
Booking confirmation led us to believe that breakfast was included. Upon arrival we discovered it was just for the adults on the booking and we had to pay further for our children.
The receptionist had to go to the booking.com website and search for the sentence that made this clear. It was not included anywhere on the booking confirmation. This is really poor service and in our opinion misleading. Really disappointing.
The view was lovely and having a balcony made all the difference! We also opened the sliding door at night and enjoyed some fresh air.
Room service was welcome too and the convenience of both bar and restaurant was a bonus.
The pillows offered no support. As soon as your head rested on them, the filling pushed to the sides. We tried doubling up one pillow but did not find it restful. I would not have liked to stay a third night.
The TV services were surprisingly limited! Neither of our servers was available - and we wouldn't have remembered the passwords anyway!
There were no in-house movies available either. Very disappointing!

The balcony is a lovely touch. Staff are helpful. They have a book exchange, which my little one loved.
I am 6ft and couldn't lift my hands above my head in the bathroom without touching the ceiling - had to bend. The room was also really noisy - could hear banging and talking from nearby rooms, so we didn't get much sleep. I alerted staff, and they did their best to help. Just unfortunate.
