Beautiful town offering a vast range of activities.
Pros:

This hotel has an great location. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was excellent and we found the guest laundry very handy. Our suite offered beautiful lake and mountain views and had a nice sized balcony.

Cons:

There was no bathroom heater.

Really enjoyed staying at the Crowne Plaza.
Pros:

While I feel the hotel is a bit tired and could use a refurb the location is unbeatable. The staff are also fantastic, especially Liza on front desk and the lovely ladies who do our room each day.

Location and comfort with a view!
Pros:

The best location in Queenstown. Close to everything, shops, restaurants, bars and cruise and bus trips.

Accomodation was clean and views across the lake to the Remarkable's - but you will need to request this when booking. Worth paying a little more.
