Absolutely fabulous
Pros:

Location was excellent. Room and view just perfect. We were in Room 619 and would love that every time we stay or one on the lake. We booked late so understand we got one of the last rooms but appreciated what we got. We normally stay at the Novatel but this exceeds that hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Crowne Plaza Queenstown. From the moment I arrived, everything was wonderful. The location is simply perfect , right in the heart of Queenstown, and across from the steamers wharf the lake, restaurants, bars, shops and everything you could possibly need . Not worth the price, pillows were great though
Pros:

The view was great. Close to things. The pillows were amazing.

Cons:

Water pressure was terrible the entire stay.
The bath was a bit dirty.
Shower head was low, so had to bed down to get hair wet.
Felt old and like it hadn't been updated in a while. Cracks in tiles in the bathroom.
Overall underwhelming.

Perfect Queenstown weekend getaway!
Pros:

What an amazing experience from the start to the finish!
The location is right in the heart of Queenstown, the staff - especially Farah, could npt have been more welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious and sparkling clean, smell dibvine with beautiful toiletries, super comfy beds and a breathtaking view from the balcony. Breakfast is to die for! The best Hotel experience for us in NZ to date.
