Great location and fantastic hotel
Pros:

The hotels location and staff is the highlight of the trip. The staff is amazing and always energetic and smiling. The location is bang opposite to the town, activities , shopping , restaurants and everything queenstown can offer. The rooms are great and even good for a family of 4 with 2 queen beds. The complimentary hot chocolate always available in the lobby is an amazing touch in winters. No complaints about anything except Breakfast is very limited for vegetarians. A sandwich or avocado toast on request would be great for vegetarians during breakfast. We asked for it but did not get one.

Location, and the room was fine.

Cons:

The bathrooms were very dated I loath shower curtains and climbing into a bath to shower is difficult The pillows were to large to sleep on comfortably

Great location, property needs updating
Pros:

The location of this property is unbeatable, with excellent views and within easy walking distance to all you could want within the city. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable enough, and clean, but the property is very dated. Think tub/shower curtain, a single tiny sink, carpet from the 80s, slow elevators, etc. We would probably stay here agin for the location which, as I said, was unbeatable, but the property itself is just quite tired.
