At the end of the day we wanted to watch a movie. Crome Cast wasn't working. Over the following hour we were told different things by different staff. Some said it was no longer supported. Others said it could be fixed. In the end it was, but this was very dissapointing.
Very comfortable bed & pillows
Very clean rooms & supply water & tea & coffee
Breakfast very good
Staff exceptional
Horizon revolving restaurant excellent
Nothing I didn’t really like
Beautiful property… well placed… close to everything
Horizon… delicious
We were really excited about spending a relaxing weekend night at your hotel.. Unfortunately, our experience was significantly affected by noise from the adjoining room. The connecting door between the rooms did not provide adequate soundproofing, and we were woken at approximately 6:30am by loud music and conversation from neighbouring guests.
Ironically, we were in the hotel's designated quiet zone, which made the experience particularly disappointing.
At a minimum, we would expect a hotel room—especially one located within a quiet zone—to provide sufficient sound insulation to ensure a restful stay. Instead of the relaxing and enjoyable morning we had anticipated, we were woken much earlier than planned.
I want to emphasise that our concerns relate to the room itself rather than the staff, who were consistently helpful and professional
Nice views, super clean, nice location!
Buffet breakfast didn’t included barista coffee or avocado.
Location, pool, breakfast were all nice.
We had booked a room for 4 people and only had 3 towels in the room on check in. We called several times to ask politely for extra towels, and when the phone was finally answered were told they would bring some up. They never turned up at all. We'd have been better off going to the pool to get a spare pool towel to use for the bathroom. Which in the end we did in the morning. I also called a few times prior to arriving with Qs on the car park, and the phone always rang out. There was 1 lady on check in at the hotel. They must be understaffed. And this was on a busy Saturday.
Pool & Spa
$25 per day parking was not disclosed so an additional $200 for the 7 days!
Slight noise from adjoining rooms - toilet flush/water running through pipes but not too bad, just something to note.
I landed on a really well priced room and actually got an extra bed (which obviously wasn’t needed) and overall, it just added to the luxury and comfort of the night’s stay. I will likely return at some point.
Very nice
Nothing
Great location, nice room & views.
Unfortunately the traffic sounds are incredibly loud. We were on the 18th floor and it genuinely sounded like the door to the balcony was open, I went and checked. The shower pressure was so strong it hurt my skin, the shower door didn’t close properly.
The elevators took quite a while to arrive and had sticky, dirty buttons.
The breakfast buffet was lacking. I had bacon which was burnt and dry, there wasn’t a lot of variety, the omelette chef put the wrong things in my omelette and we ordered coffees which cost a fortune.
Great room, view and room facilities
Think you need to have a proper bar for a drink - the bar open was an extension of the relish restaurant and had no ambience and the sports bar outside was not so great - small and noisy.
