Unfortunately we won’t come back.
Pros:

Buffet breakfast has variety of food, fresh cooked.

Cons:

Room was outdated. TV was so old and tiny and barely functional.
Bed was uncomfortable with thin quilt (not warm for winter).
Only provided 3 shower towels for 4 guests.

Worst part was the longest check in we had. Only 2 staff attended and more than 5-5 group of guests waited, another staff just left not helping other guests.

Perfect spot, perfect views, great staff, great facilities.
Pros:

The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The shower was hot and there was excellent water pressure even up on the 24th floor. The view was amazing from the room and the balcony. The room was extremely clean.

It was okay but I would not stay again
Pros:

The staff at this property have great customer service.

Cons:

The rooms need a major refurbishment - paint peeling, scratches all over furniture, cupboards doors unable to close as broken lock, shower door unable to close completely due to being broken. For a 4 star property and price I expected a higher quality for the room.
