Coffee machine in the room not working.
Loud continuous machine noise outside the room during the night which affected sleep quality
Coffee in the restaurant took too long to arrive.

Location was great and staff were warm and friendly

Cons:

We were charged for a movie we never ordered. TV Software was out dated.
Carpet was not clean.
Breakfast was ok, not as good as it used to be.
Bed mattress had me rolling to the side of the bed.
