Nice stay, will stay again.
Pros:

Always enjoy staying here, the location is great, beds great and nice lobby area to sit in.

Cons:

I paid for 4 people for breakfast but upon checkout they said my online payment was only for 2 people so had to pay more after the fact, even though upon check in they said my booking included breakfast.

Our stay was AMAZING and we will definitely be back!
Pros:

We had an amazing stay!!! The location is perfect if you are attending an event at TSB stadium. The spa is wonderful but our favourite about our stay was the staff. They were all lovely and helpful! From valet, reception, restaurant .. really made our stay!

Cons:

The twin rooms have double beds, they are nice and cosy but a little soft for me however the rest of my family found them super comfy. So just a preference thing :)
