Мне предоставили номер, которого нет на фото, самый угловой со скошенной крышей, хотя на фото я видела красивые, большие номера с большим окнами с видом на озеро. У меня был номер с небольшой дверью на балкон с видом на озеро. Но не было видно озера с кровати. Это не соответствовало тому номеру, который я заказывала. В номере из-за скошенной крыши были дополнительные маленькие окна со стороны кровати, что мешало мне спать, было светло. Кровать была настолько жесткая, но Нево было на ней спать. А завтрак был скудным. На регистрации со мной не красиво разговаривала сотрудница. Было очень не приятно. В этот отель я однозначно не вернусь. Я была очень разочарована своим пребыванием в этом отеле. Он не соответствовал той цене, которую я заплатила

Pros:

Ein wunderschöner Ausblick auf den See und die Berge. Schöne große, gut ausgestattete, saubere Zimmer. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Lage und Frühstück hervorragend
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt und der Blick vom Balkon ist unbezahlbar.
Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und auch leider nicht sehr sauber.

The room is large and comfortable. The view from room is very nice.

The stuff is not really friendly.

The prices at the hotel restaurant were high enough to be considered expensive. One of the two pieces of meat on my plate was definitely old; the taste was really unpleasant. The boiled potatoes served on the side tasted as if they had been cooked three days earlier and reheated. The sauce used in the carpaccio tasted low quality. Since we hadn’t eaten anything all day, we had no choice but to eat there.

A 0.2 L glass of wine cost 11 euros, and the taste was not good— I couldn’t even finish it. The next day, we went to another restaurant nearby in the same price range, and the quality and taste were incomparable.

Lage des Hotels: Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich, absichtlich herablassend und äußerst ungeduldig.
Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Bildern, die Betten sind unbequem, machen viele Geräusche und verrutschen ständig.

Nice hotel - ask for a room upstairs
Pros:

Excellent view facing the lake, breakfast hall/restaurant is amazing. Rooms are spacey, breakfast included sufficient variety of food.

Cons:

Our room was located downstairs, despite having a terrace, it was quite dark at German standards.
