Very good hotel for location and atmosphere. The staff are outstanding
Pros:

The hotel is situated perfectly for those attending the Indian Market. It is within easy walking distance to the market and shops.

Cons:

The air conditioning was almost non existent. The room was consistently hot and although we were provided with a fan, it was not enough. Also, a minor issue but the lighting in the room is very low.

Wonderful
Pros:

Beautiful vintage hotel one block away from the Plaza. Well done renovation. Hotel has great charm and even windows that can be opened.

Cons:

No restaurant. But property is very close to other great places to eat.

Enlightening and refreshing
Pros:

The friendliness, the vibe in all ways. The history and hybrid culture that offers a very specific sense of place.

Cons:

Cabs cost a fortune. For a roundtrip to the Opera House and back was almost the same as a night in a hotel with breakfast.

Pros:

The lobby and the covered porch outside the lobby

Cons:

No horizontal surfaces to put your suitcase on in the room so we had to keep them on the floor. That’s difficult for older people.

Classic hotel with excellent service in the heart of downtown.
Pros:

Beautiful, spacious lobby and outdoor seating area facing the sidewalk. Lovely staff, and valet parking included in room price. Tea and coffee at reception. Nicely decorated room that was very quiet despite being near the elevator.

Cons:

Bed was a bit too soft for me, but was great for my spouse.

Great weekday getaway in Santa Fe
Pros:

The staff members are awesome. Everyone was both efficient and friendly. The building is beautiful and perfectly situated for a walking vacation in Santa Fe. Having the Gruet Winery tasting room on site was a nice bonus.

Cons:

We wished that the restaurant had been open during our stay. The construction that is in progress was occasionally loud, but the desk and manager let us know the hours when we checked in.

Pros:

We were in Santa Fe for a wedding. The Hotel St. Francis is in the historic district and within walking distance of the multitude of stores and restaurants (you are steps from Cafe Pasqual!). The rooms are spacious enough for two. There is a bar on the premises that is worth a visit.

Cons:

A great place to spend a few days.
