Loved the historic location, and easy walkability to the city center.

Cons:

The room could use a little refreshing.... ie: painting, especially in the bathroom. VAir vents and ceiling fan were in need of dusting.

I would again stay there and recommend this hotel
Pros:

The proximity to the Riverwalk made it convenient. However, the design of the rooms and architecture of the hotel was fascinating

Die Einrichtung war sehr außergewöhnlich und geschmackvoll. Alle waren sehr freundlich und die Sauberkeit war topp. Die Lage, das Flair, Ambiente waren ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Es gab kein Frühstücksbuffet. Man hätte aber wohl in dem Restaurant im Hotel günstig frühstücken können, das haben wir aber nicht gemacht. Das Valet Parking war zwar sehr praktisch und alle sehr zuvorkommend, aber doch ziemlich teuer.

Pros:

The place location was great; we were able to walk to restaurants and view the lake view.

Cons:

The bed was very hard for me!!!! Upon arriving the television wasn’t working ;We had to move to another room ;however, second room was too bright because the curtains were too thin. The staff member name Erica really came to the rescue getting my husband and I in a nicer room . I greatly appreciate her and the other staff; for being friendly , professional and going beyond their means for us.

A fun new experience. Would do again

Conveniently located in a hub of activities, stores and restaurants.

Cons:

There is an old musky smell. May benefit from shampooing carpets more frequently or removing them.

The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful.
Everyone has a smile every time you came through the door and they greeted you which made you feel welcomed

Felt like going back in history in this unique hotel
Pros:

Location on the riverfront was excellent. In the middle of the action. Across the street from trolly tour pick up. Historic building converted into a hotel. The decor was excellent. Staff was super friendly and helpful when we had a question or issue.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy at times. We think it was the a/c but there were clunks and odd sounds quite regularly. In a way it added a bit of character to the very old building but could be bothersome for the lightest of sleepers.
