Pros:

The location was great. They had two restaurants at the hotel. Hueys was great i definitely would recommend. The hotel also did a evening 4pm to 5pm free beer and cheese crackers wine . Was very nice for a drink and snack before dinner. You could walk right out the back of the hotel and access River street. There is no on site parking which I didn't mind we used valet.The hotel was very nice see photos.

Cons:

The only negative I could say is our Rooms A/C wasn't working properly so we really couldn't relax in the room and cool down. Also the room had a bad mildew smell from the A/C vents. We contacted front desk house cleaning used a spray but that didn't work. I assumed we would get offered a different room but we did not.

Will be my go-to Savannah hotel!
Pros:

Location is super convenient for walking to local Savannah attractions. The hotel offers free coffee in the AM and hosts a nightly happy hour. They also give you a voucher to spend at the attached restaurant.

Cons:

There wasn't a hair dryer inside the room and the ceiling fan was a little small, but the rest of the room and hotel facilities were very nice!

wunderschönes hotel!

Cons:

wir kamen um 15h45 an, check-in war um 16h möglich, wir mussten bis 16h45 au das zimmer warten. die dame ab der rezeption war sehr unmotiviert.

We had a wonderful time!!
Pros:

We have been to this hotel several times over the years and it never fails to be a great place to stay. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and the view of the river and the river walk was great. We will be back.

Wish I could have stayed a few more days!
Pros:

Staff very friendly/welcoming.

Well decorated and comfortable.

Elevator. Yay in a neat old building.

Cons:

Can't fix this but be forewarned it's an old building so floors not all even etc. For me that just meant being extra careful. So not really a didn't like, just a heads up

Not impressed with customer service
Cons:

We never had a chance to stay. We received a call at 10:57p.m. Notifying me that they only had a king room available but could bring in a roll away bed. We were walking to the hotel to check in. I said that wouldn’t work. I was then told the AC wasn’t working in the double queen room. I said that wouldn’t work. They called me back 3 minutes later saying that they couldn’t do anything else and would have to cancel. I believe they waited to notify the last person to check in of the issue.

This is the place to stay in Savannah!
Pros:

The Free happy hour provided by the hotel wss fantastic! The wine was very good and the snacks were exceptional.. We had a riverfront room and watching the cargo ships go by was a sight to see. The location was very good for walking to the sights on the river and in the squares.
