Pros:

Management and Staff were awesome, rooms were spacious and clean, very comfortable and convenient to my event (Wedding) at City Hall. After the reception I and a few guests were greeted with smiling faces when we got to the hotel

Pros:

Location was great for our purposes. Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Coffee was horrible. The sink being outside the bathroom was awkward. There was no waste basket in the bathroom so I guess women will need to carry a tampon out of the bathroom to throw it away.

All in all I am happy with my choice of hotel, and a very pleasant stay all around.
Pros:

Breakfast was goo. Staff was very friendly. Spacious room. Kept clean and tidy.

Overall the location was good and staff was great. The facilities could use some upgrades.
Pros:

The staff was great. Breakfast options were good. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom including shower was very outdated. The bathroom sink did not drain well at all. Carpets could all use a good cleaning. And the sofa bed was terrible. Do not book this hotel if you need to use the pull out sofa as a bed option for anyone.

Pros:

Clean and spacious room. Double bed room is with 2 pretty small bed (definitely not queen, we feel it's even smaller than full).
I like the wooden floor in the room. Feel much cleaner than carpet.
Breakfast is not excellent but fine. We stayed for 2 consecutive days and breakfast did have small change, not exactly the same, which is appreciated.
With hyatt discoverist, parking fee is waived, which is much appreciated!

Great Hyatt as Expected
Pros:

Location was a bit hard to find, but very quiet. Room was great, as usual. It was nice to have the downstairs bar. And if course breakfast was great.
