Great location and rooms
Pros:

Great location and not too far away for where we needed to get to. The rooms were perfect for our stay and the manager and staff were very helpful when we arrived earlier than our check in time. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

The rooms and bathrooms are beautiful, apart from the heat I thoroughly enjoyed my stays.
Cons:

Unfortunately I visited twice in a heatwave. The second time there was a fan which made the heat bearable. Leaving windows open is not an option as there is traffic through the night.

lovely comfortable spacious room
Pros:

This was such a pleasant surprise, really spacious room, beautifully decorated, proper coffee, enormous bath, very quiet considering it was above a pub during an England World Cup game.

Cons:

Really minor, but separate soap for the bath would be good.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

What an absolute gem of a hotel! One of those places where I almost don’t want to give it a good review, so it stays my little secret! Amazing value for money, beautiful room, and the discount at the bar was such an added bonus. When we went it was so hot, but despite being second floor it still felt pretty cool - and they provided us with some icy cold water in the mini fridge. The staff were lovely, the location is great and I can’t wait to come back.

Cons:

The only thing I don’t like was that we only stayed for one night!

Pros:

Have to mention Angela first of all. We arrived early and she had said we could drop our bags but, as the room hadn't been occupied the night before, she let us have it from 11ish..she was so kind and helpful to us on our stay. Good food and drinks choices downstairs in a lovely pub with a fantastic beer garden..you get a discount on food and drinks if you're staying..very tastefully decorated room with a fab en suite and a lovely bed. Not only would we go back.. we're sorry we left..😂😂..great location..few minutes from the tube..we were at a two night event in the London Stadium and it was good to only have a short hop back to the hotel.

Cons:

Couldn't fault it..

Pros:

Friendly staff
Room was gorgeous
Location brilliant for being close to the Olympic stadium

Cons:

Too many stairs i managed them but did struggle.
I thought for 2 nights I'd be able to manage them

Very lovely place to stay but not in hot weather. Will be back!
Pros:

the room was really lovely, very clean, well provided with toiletries and tea/coffee, a couple of fans and the bed very comfy. Lovely big TV for the football.

Cons:

I'd requested a room with a bath if possible which was confirmed but then on check in realised it only had a shower. By that point it had been a very long day at work so just left it. Room was really really warm and the window opened onto a flat section of room so didn't feel comfortable leaving it open overnight as alone.

Pros:

I was doing an event in the pub downstairs! so it was perfect. Staff were fabulous, as was Sunday lunch. Great pub, lovely room.

Cons:

no aircon, room very warm but it was during the heatwave!
