Excellent location for Tufts visitors
Pros:

Nice breakfast. Great location to visit grandchild at Tufts.

Cons:

My internet search requested no parking fees yet we were charged $15 for overnight. Please change your internet profile to reflect the reality. That said, many downtown hotels charge a lot more...

It was a good stay.
Pros:

The room was clean and breakfast was great.

Cons:

I wish the room had a small table to eat our pizza. Also only one elevator was working at the time of our stay.

Affordable value stay in the heart of Boston
Pros:

Great hotel in Midtown Boston. Value for money Breakfast is good but very repetitive as I stayed for five days. The twin bedroom was fantastic. Cleaning was very prompt, and the room sizes were quite nice, quite big.

Cons:

Poor infrastructure like the elevators that are a bit age-old, only one elevator was working, so it's a bit difficult to travel up and down if you are on a higher floor.

I have used booking.com for a lot of hotels. This was my biggest disappointment.
Pros:

The staff was VERY KIND and helpful. They answered all our questions

Cons:

The elevator was making noise and not working correctly. The breakfast was terrible, it wasn't the staffs fault but the quality was barely edible. The pool was full of green algae on the sides with cracks throughout it.

Nice but a little disappointed
Pros:

Most of it.

Cons:

Food was dry and cold . No way to warm it
One of the elevators wasn't working thru whole stay. And when we were leaving the 2nd elevator died. So we had to carry all our luggage down 3 flights of stairs and the attendant had to let us in the parking garage.
