Pros:

Bon emplacement, facilement accessible en voiture. . Très propre, peu de bruit malgré les rénovations en cours. Petit déjeuner bien correct. Parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Personnel bien sympathique.

Bonjour,

Nous avons séjourné dans votre hôtel pendant cinq nuits. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est beau et les installations sont agréables. Cependant, notre expérience a été fortement affectée par la qualité du service à la réception.

Parmi les employés de la réception, une seule personne a été exceptionnelle : le grand monsieur à la peau mate. Il était toujours souriant, respectueux, serviable et prenait le temps de bien répondre à nos questions. Nous le remercions sincèrement pour son professionnalisme.

Malheureusement, notre expérience avec les autres employés de la réception a été très décevante. Les deux réceptionnistes ainsi qu'un autre employé n'étaient pas accueillants, manquaient de serviabilité et donnaient très peu d'explications. À plusieurs reprises, nous avons demandé le nettoyage de notre chambre. Nous avons dû le demander trois ou quatre fois dans la même journée avant que cela soit fait. Ce n'est pas un niveau de service auquel on s'attend dans un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Au moment du départ, nous avons également été déçus par le manque d'explications concernant la procédure de départ. Nous avons eu l'impression que nos demandes n'étaient pas prises au sérieux.

Durant le reste de nos vacances, nous avons séjourné dans des hôtels Hyatt à New York et au New Jersey. Le service à la clientèle, la propreté et le professionnalisme du personnel y étaient excellents. En comparaison, notre séjour à votre hôtel de Medford, près de Boston, nous a laissé une impression mitigée. Nous dirions que notre satisfaction est d'environ 40 %, principalement en raison du service à la réception.

Location was good for seeing sites. Plenty of restaurants close by. Nice swimming pool. Good parking in basement garage.

The room cleaners would show up at all different times of the day. Like late in the day when we would be back from being gone all day. Made it hard to get room cleaned.

Good enough for what we needed not worth the price under cuttent conditions
Pros:

Location was good. Breakfast was good. Good water pressure in the shower was great to come back to after a long hot day out. The view was nice for being in a business area. The room was large the beds were on the firm side but comfortable.

Cons:

Construction was not mentioned at any point in the reservation making. We had hoped to sleep in after a late night out. No such luck with the pounding. There were quite a few mystery wet stains on the headboards and walls. There was zero verification process before movies could be purchased on the tv by children that cant read. The parking garage was limited parking due to all the renovation debris.
