Das Frühstück war ein wenig eintönig. Aber kein Grund dort nicht zu wohnen.

Trotz Klimaanlage eher feuchtes Zimmer, keine Möglichkeit Badetuch aufzuhängen, Koffer passte nicht unters Bett, dadurch musste man sich Platz mässig arrangieren, WC Schiebetür liess Spalt offen

My partner and I stayed in room number 405 we were greeted by an unpleasant smell of damp, we couldn’t tell where it was coming from, the carpet? drains? Air conditioning unit? After 5 nights we still weren’t sure. There was also a strong urine smell coming from the toilet. We slept with the window open and air conditioner on to have constant air flow. This issue is clearly known to the hotel and not isolated to one room as a room on our floor was left open with a portable fan running overnight I’m assuming it was to air out between guests. Yes we did think about speaking to staff on this matter but felt after reading another recent review on this issue that it wouldn’t be worth our time. The air conditioning unit cycled extremely loudly and would wake my partner through the night. The only USB port in the room didn’t work as it had the internal tab snapped off. I highly recommend the hotel look in to getting the adjustable holders for the shower head as there was only two fixed positions on the wall, one stomach high and the other shoots you straight in the face, this makes for a less than pleasant shower. Out of the four hotels we stayed at this was the most expensive per night but had considerably lower standards of in room amenities. The hair dryer was very small and cheap. There was no bottled water provided. I personally believe that even though these are not necessities they make the whole stay feel considered and thoughtful. I wish we could say that we had an amazing stay as the hotel has great potential but we felt as though they missed the standard.

Tiny. Overpriced. Dirty sheets. Window literally has dining chairs outside it. Street noise

壁が薄くて廊下の声がかなり聞こえる。
大声を出したい人には向いていません。

It was a just a little bit cramped, but I believe this is very normal for hotels in Tokyo.

There were some very noisy people in the next room to me but once they left, the hotel was great. It was nothing to do with the hotel. Good facilities-very pleased to be able to wash clothes!!

部屋に入った途端、カビ臭くて、鼻をハンカチでおさえたほどでした。

窓を開けても改善されず、室内にある洗面所に香りのあるボディソープと水を流して、カビ臭を誤魔化そうとしましたが無理でした。

その日着ていたワンピースをハンガーにかけ、部屋にかけておいたのですが、帰宅したら、そのワンピースにカビ臭がついており、取れないのでクリーニングに出します（泣）

カビ臭以外ですと、部屋の狭さに驚きました。
写真では広く見せるように撮って載せておられたので、そのギャップに、余計狭く感じました。
